The location

The shower room was too small and no proper holder to keep your personal toiletries. The shower head was not properly placed and it was uncomfortable to have shower. The windows in the room were faulty unable to close fully and external noise penetrated into the room till late nights. Highlighted the window issue to the staff on the second day but it just fell to deaf ears and nothing was done till checked out

Endroit parfait pour y arriver en bus. Pas loin de la aéroport ni du centre. Restaurants en bas de l'escalier, très pratique quand on est de passage

Ease of checking in and comfy room

Parking. No place to park my car.

Good location reasonably near a bus stop, so cheap and easy to get to the airport. Good room facilities, great shower. Late check in available. I paid 69 SG so decent price for Singapore.

Small room, needed a fridge, but room too small to fit one in. Strict check out policy.

Good outdoor space to sit.

Booked 2 rooms with booking .com, only to have 1 room refunded by hotel. Then was charged for 2 rooms by hotel directly at 20% more than booked on booking.com. So, I ended up paying for 3 rooms and only used 2. the hotel knew this but didn't refund the third room. So, in effect paid 3 rooms at TOP DOLLAR, only to occupy 2 rooms. Beds had hair underneath bed sheet, trapped between mattresses sheet and bed sheet, lots of them. Mould around basin in bathroom, Wi-Fi hit and miss. You live and learn not to make same mistakes.
