the staff was super friendly and it was so clean and nice. the rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable.

kitchen had dishes in dishwasher that were dirty, woke to spiders in the tub, room smelled of dirty mop

The breakfast was great we came for my son birthday so he could swim and he enjoyed himself. Long he was happy I was happy.

The room was clean and nice. The place was new

We left fairly early. The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6:30 We left at 6:40 and it was not ready. The staff was nice when we checked in. The staff in the morning were apathetic at best.

water pressure in the shower is really bad. not sure if it was normal or not. also bathroom walls were a little dirty.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the room and beds were great!

The directions once you got off the exit where confusing and the floors had a film on then that was tacky. So they were clean but also felt not clean.

friendly staff, good breakfast... location. we were there while it was decorated in fall, and got some good family ops, and then the day after thanksgiving, we got some good pics, with the grands and the christmas tree and deco... thank you!

i had a suite, the floors were nasty! they need to be mopped!!!!! we could not go barefooted at all... had to have shoes on to go from the bed to the bathroom! we had to take a wet washcloth to the bed with us, to wash our feet b4 we got into the bed... it was that bad. AND, the 2 luggage rolling carts, were NEVER available for us...

The accepted our small dog at a very nice new like facility at no extra charge. We use this Best Western before and we’ll continue to.
