There was a bed.
The breakfast was a COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!! We actually booked online because breakfast was included. In the morning when we went for breakfast it seemed it wasn't set up. I asked the lady where breakfast was and she said its right there. I must've looked surprised so she said..."there's breakfast, coffee and granola bars"
Are you kidding me!!!!!!! COFFEE AND GRANOLA BARS?!?!?! Well I dont drink coffee and there was only 1 granola bar. There was a juice machine but don't know if it even worked. Later we stayed in Troy, Illinois and the breakfast there was a standard breakfast. Why the difference between the same chain? Being a Wyndham property, it is very disappointing and will never stay there again.

Convenient location & good price
Toilet didn’t flush well. Room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Not many choices for breakfast.

The size of room the bathroom tub was badly peeling paint the room had a humid carpet smell..

The breakfast was non existent,
the lobby coffee was old and cold,
there was no carafe for our in room coffee,
we asked for extra towels, and there were none,
We asked for downstairs due to mobility issues and they put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator, Gunshots in the area that night ,
Hallway smelled like marijuana .... stongly.
WE WILL NOT be booking with this hotel chain in the future.

Beautiful and inevitable when we pulled in we parked out U-Haul and car that was 9n the trailer right 8n the front made it easy to pull in and 9ut. Our dog was welcomed. It was just a nice comfy stay...quite when we checked in very late at night and alive and chatty and nice people when we woke up to leave. Thank you! Office ladies were truly exceptional and made the whole process just even better cuz they seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing and sadly myself and my spouse were almost starting to argue over the parking for the haul with the trailer and she was awesome and came out to assure us he was indeed right!!! (I'm not always right) thank you again!!!

Nothing they was Rude walking in the room before checking out time harassing me and charging my card saying I was smoking in the room when they roll the cameras and see I was smoking in my car
It’s old smell bad the tubes are old and coming apart the only thing good is the towels

Front desk clerk was supper nice and extremely helpful.
One of the beds was broken so it was hard to sleep on a lopsided bed the room had a very bad odor. Musty damp moldy.

The location was excellent. Bathrooms needed alittle more detail. The tubs were not clean well.
Car got stolen from this location. No blame on the facility, but no cameras outside to video the theft of our car.

Staff was super helpful and very professional and friendly. Cute too. Close to food and hwy. Rooms and hotel seamed very clean and nicely taken care of.
I got put in a non-smoking room but my chair and blanket both had burn holes in them??? Everything was clean. Room didn't smell of smoke, no bugs or nothing but just found it odd a non-smoking room comes with burn holes. But had to put a damage deposit in case something like that happens.. overall great place to stay though.

I booked online then received a phone call from the receptionist saying they could not book my room without me giving her my credit card information over the phone . The website I booked on said to pay at the property upon arrival so I thought it to be odd .
The receptionist whom called me was extremely rude ..... I told her I wasn't comfortable with thelat and I'd find somewhere else then ....
So I did find another place to stay .... I pit my cancelation request for this one through booking site since she told me that they could not book anyway .... somehow i ended up being charged for the room I didn't use anyways and they would not return it

Location to the activity we planned
The property was very run down. The furniture was old and all stained up the comforter had serval cigarette burn holes for a non-smoking room. Supposedly has a hot breakfast there was just waffles no other options.

The office was very accommodating, super friendly and didn't leave you hanging if you asked for any kind of help! Breakfast was very delicious!

The rm. was rather good, I would re-book there, people VERY NICE,, gave you frig and microwave, plus a sitting area that made you feel like you weren't just sitting in a rm. with only a bed!! The breakfast was good, would have liked more choices but if the price is to stay lower for the rms. than the breakfast is ok being IHOP is next door. The bed was good however more pillows would have been GREAT (4)!!!!
Could add a few extra trash cans n kitchen, make sure door will actually lock on the door leading to OUTSIDE building at rm. 129 AND IT WOULD GIVE A MORE UPGRADE LOOK to add a real luggage cart! maybe Amazon or one of those sites may have one cheap......

Reserved a king but got a queen. Didn't say anything because we were there so short a time.
Found a dried up face cloth wrapped in the shower curtain. We will never stay in a smoking hotel again.
