The total package was exceptionally poor. It was a non smoking room but the room stinks. I couldn't sleep throughout the night. I had to leave the facility as soon as the day brake. The receptionist was nothing to right home about. too poor

The hostility at the reception may be because i am black The room stinks The room door could not be open by the card. I had to call the reception anytime i need to open the door hence most time i left it open whenever i need to step out

There was a bed.

The breakfast was a COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!! We actually booked online because breakfast was included. In the morning when we went for breakfast it seemed it wasn't set up. I asked the lady where breakfast was and she said its right there. I must've looked surprised so she said..."there's breakfast, coffee and granola bars" Are you kidding me!!!!!!! COFFEE AND GRANOLA BARS?!?!?! Well I dont drink coffee and there was only 1 granola bar. There was a juice machine but don't know if it even worked. Later we stayed in Troy, Illinois and the breakfast there was a standard breakfast. Why the difference between the same chain? Being a Wyndham property, it is very disappointing and will never stay there again.

Convenient location & good price

Toilet didn’t flush well. Room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Not many choices for breakfast.

The staff

The size of room the bathroom tub was badly peeling paint the room had a humid carpet smell..

The breakfast was non existent, the lobby coffee was old and cold, there was no carafe for our in room coffee, we asked for extra towels, and there were none, We asked for downstairs due to mobility issues and they put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator, Gunshots in the area that night , Hallway smelled like marijuana .... stongly. WE WILL NOT be booking with this hotel chain in the future.

Beautiful and inevitable when we pulled in we parked out U-Haul and car that was 9n the trailer right 8n the front made it easy to pull in and 9ut. Our dog was welcomed. It was just a nice comfy stay...quite when we checked in very late at night and alive and chatty and nice people when we woke up to leave. Thank you! Office ladies were truly exceptional and made the whole process just even better cuz they seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing and sadly myself and my spouse were almost starting to argue over the parking for the haul with the trailer and she was awesome and came out to assure us he was indeed right!!! (I'm not always right) thank you again!!!

Nothing would have made the overall experience even better....it was a 10nout of 10
