convenient location friendly staff

room smelled musty refrigerator wasn’t plugged in a when I did there was trash behind the dresser and dust and cobwebs the bathroom had mold by the tub, around the tub surround and all over the ceiling

Location and the Breakfast.

Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast....none left first morning. Did ask for replenish but only few sausages arrived.

The location was good 😊 scenery 😊 the size of room magnifying. I love to choose Quality Inn as my overnight stay. Close location to my amusement spot (the casino). I love the continental breakfast at Quality Inn. The breakfast menu is exceptional 😊. Above all the reception service would make you choose Quality Inn every time. Although there are other hotels around, just as nice, but the rate is good here, would make Me choose Quality Inn every time. Hoo

The smell within the hotel, the room not having been cleaned properly and the presentation of the staff (shabby and unkept _ day staff).

One towel and the bedsheet was stained/dirty, and there was a stain on the bathtub.

Close to freeway and restaurants . It was very noisy outside, but surprisingly quiet in our room. Coin operated laundry available.

The breakfast offerings were adequate and a decent variety. The management was very responsive when we informed them that our bathroom sink faucet was broken. It was repaired quickly

Locations was great! I had to use the electric charger at the hotel next door so it would be very helpful if in the future there was a chargepoint in the parking lot. TV had a lot of options

breakfast had very little options. I only found an english muffin and yogurt. I would have liked more fruit options The bathroom was stained under the cupboards. The bathtub was extremely slippery and I slipped several times and came out with bruises.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, the breakfast buffet had blueberry waffles, boiled eggs, sausages that were browned which is nice as many places just heat them a little, and the usual fixings, staff friendly

boiled eggs are ok, but I think some would have preferred scrambled, so not really a criticism

I liked the location and the staff services and the free breakfast.

The rooms and the bathrooms could have been cleaner.
