Located on quiet road so very little noise at night. Room was spacious and warm. Having a recycling bin in room. Close to several tube stations & bus stops

Needs a toilet roll holder in bathroom. Entry to building didn’t feel very secure

Great location, cleanliness and big room

We absolutely loved this clean room with a well-equipped kitchenette, which enabled us to cook with foods from the market nearby and live like a local. Also the quiet neighborhood made our stay peaceful.

Very clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was also comfortable and it was warm. I couldn’t take advantage of the cooking facilities.

I checked there was a lift. There was but getting to my room involved getting out the lift. Going down one flight of stairs and up 3 more. I have serious leg injuries and one flight can be a huge challenge. I’m also asthmatic so it was all rather distressing. I only left my room to go get some food. Had a lot of pain to cope with. Obviously this impacted on my stay. Check your room accessibility personally. Don’t assume because there is a lift it’s of any benefit. Also. It should include this info in the booking details. Who wants to carry bags or luggage up 3 flights? The staff member did help me after I returned to the reception.

The lift wasn’t working during our stay and there were lots of stairs. The room wasn’t very clean and everything felt outdated. Bathroom was small.

Nice hotel. Good srea, very near Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Staff were absolutely fantastic, so welcoming. Hotel was nice too.

The room was spacious and gave the three people in our group some good privacy. Very clean. Really liked the little kitchenette. The staff were helpful. The location was great.

It would have been good to have a fan for the room.

there are no elevators that go to all rooms. so if you have luggage, which travels tend to have, good luck!!!! you’ll be dragging those suitcases all the way to your room using the stairs.

largish room, with divider, to sleep 3-4 people with some semblance of privacy. kitchenette and a dining table with chairs. Clean.

10 min walk to nearest metro, which was a bit of a bother after walking all over London. Not a massive issue but if you don’t like walking be mindful of it. Tiny bathroom. Found the service staff not as friendly as I’m used to. Don’t expect a welcoming smile.
