Great breakfast options. Dinner was also great and the cheesecake was outstanding! Perfect location for exploring Eryri. Comfortable rooms and the recent renovation looks great!

Awesome staff, good bed, very nice pub with food.
Paper thin walls. There was a family with two kids somewhere in the vicinity of our room (could have been anywhere really) and it was like they were screamkng and jumping next to our bed. Additionally (not a bad point per se but one you should know) there is nothing else in the vicinity and it's a 1.5-2 hour walk to the next village, so do take that into account if you're not coming by car.

Room was too warm and if we tried to open the window we had cigarette smoke coming in from the kitchen staff smoking below.

Overnight stay after climbing Snowdon. Easy check in. Room was fine - clean, warm and comfortable. The price is for room only - breakfast was £10 extra to order from the à la carte menu.
Free parking for hotel guests in huge car park opposite.
Pub was busy for drinks and food in the evening. They also seemed a little short staffed, but food didn’t take too long to arrive and it was fine.

Close to Zip World and staff were really friendly.
Shower in room not very powerful and needed help to close window. Traffic noise was loud.

Good location, comfy bed, good bathroom
The room felt quite grimy in places and was quite run down. On Saturday evening they had karaoke playing which was ridiculously loud and carried on from 6-11pm. Then there was a dog barking out in the corridor for about half an hour

Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Advantage was that the pub was attached making it easy to get food which was lovely. Very comfortable, clean and a great location.

Great place to stay for keen walkers. Very tasty breakfast and evening meal. Lovely, helpful staff.
Moel Siabod is an amazing walk with breathtaking views of the mountain range and Snowdon. Off to see Swallow Falls and the Ugly House this morning 🙂

Staff was welcoming and friendly. :) Breakfast was mega. :) Bar area had pool table and loads of board games to choose from. Nice and cosy place with fire places.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. They are very nice actually. Food were amazing! View in front of the hotel was beuatiful with the mountain and trees.
Doors and other banging noises. There was also an alarm at almost 3am that woke me and my husband. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

The room was cold and the small electric heater took a long time to heat the room.
