Early settlement. We arrived at 11.00 and thought we would just leave our things and take a walk. But we were settled at 11! It was very nice! Especially with a small child!

It would be great to change the shower cubicle. Doors don't close well. Everything else is adequate.

Amazing staff with warm smile to welcome and very helping with all the needs. Location is stunning right in city centre. Rooms were clean and right as shows in pictures.

A bit weak isolation that you can noise from top floor rooms or neighbor rooms. Unluckily someone walked past smoking from the lobby causing weird smell in lobby but that was temporary.

Very convenient location, very friendly staff, very good breakfast with original honeycomb for chewing.

Sound proof between two adjacent rooms can be improved.

The lady at the reception and the man at breakfast were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was sufficient. Although far from Dusseldorf it was a 30 min travel with the underground from the center to Ratingen and a 2 min walk from the last stop to the hotel.

Our room was plain and small, look bigger on photos, twin beds narrow, no mini bar, a mirror would have been nice over the desk, TV remote control was missing, entrance lamps not working, housekeeping should check these things. Rooms and the hotel in general really need updating! Charging euro 320 per night is really steep!

Front desk was outstanding. Breakfast young girl the same! I had room 20 which opens into a shared terrace ( the reason I booked that room) and it was spotless clean and comfortable. WiFi was not great in my room but still functional. I will always book this hotel when flying from Dusseldorf. Besides the fact that they accept dogs as written in the hotel description hopefully there was no bad smell in the room, corridor or terrace like it happens in other hotels accepting pets. I thank the hotel for the hospitality!

Machines in the lobby should take card and give receipts so people on business travel to be able to get back their expenses.

Very convenient location next to Ratingen city centre and Ratingen Mitte Bus/Tram station. Very friendly staff. Room is clean, quiet, comfortable and equipped with Air Conditioning. Good quality breakfast. This nice hotel feels like home!

The room was quite and clean. The breakfast was very good. You can get fresh squeezed orange juice and fried eggs or omelet. The public transportation is located almost across the street.

The beds were good, wonderful room, good breakfast, with airconditioning and free parking. Really good hotel to stay on your way travelling.

The hotel is located centrally and right next to the tram station and taxi station. The hotel is basic but provide everything one needs. Breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. It is already the 3rd time that I booked this hotel.

Location is right next to the tram terminal. Very convenient to go to Düsseldorf and within walking distance to Ratingen center.

Would be nice to have a water boiler in room.
