The gentleman at the reception is one of the worst human beings I've ever met in my life.

The room was very small, and the bathroom was in desperate need of updating. The room was Very hot having no aircon. The owner was rude, when he told me, I wasn't allowed in the dinner area, when looking for 2 glasses. He stomped off and returned with 1 PAPER CUP!! We left and booked another hotel for the night. He also charged us a city tax, then our invoice clearly stated, all taxes had been paid. I would never stay there again and definitely wouldn't recommend....

Great location for early trains and access to town. Reception welcome was excellent. Warm and welcoming.

Manager was brilliant. Couldn't do enough to help. Good breakfast. Hotel showing it's age but still comfortable and good value. Nice cafe/bar right next door as well. Nothing fancy but does the job.

I booked the hotel for my colleague, they did not let my colleague into the hotel because he was not French and used to say "I am not a racist" regularly, but the only reason they did was racism. They behaved very rudely and insulted my colleague, who is one of the top engineers in France.
