We chose this hotel because we had stayed previously and enjoyed the experience. Sadly our second visit did not turn out so good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the two rooms we had the toilet flush was not working, the other had no hot water.

The breakfast was typical continental style. There was a lift from reception, which I was thankful for when my knee seized up and I had to get to reception to get an ice bag to put on it. There was car parking at rear of hotel. Hotel was located very close to city centre so on my day of departure I was able to drive around and get some photographs.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located and though the hotel has limited parking there is plenty of free, safe on street parking. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy with excellent facilities. Even though my room fronted onto quite a busy street, there was absolutely no noise in the room, the double glazing was that good. Breakfast too was very good indeed. Excellent hotel.

Check in was very easy and staff spoke English. When I was unable to be seated at a local restaurant because I didn't have a French covid vaccination record with a bar code, the receptionist made made me some coffee and gave me 2 bananas. The rooms were quite clean and the breakfast room immaculate. The food was kept cold and in very sanitary conditions.

I was a little concerned with the neighborhood which seemed a little rundown. However, I didn't have any problems. It may be more of concern to me because I'm an elderly woman. The hotel has a car park area behind the hotel. It is well lit and safe.

The room was great and clean. The bed was very comfy and big enough.

The area is not the best, but that is not the hotels fault. The parking lot though is pretty crappy.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a market on the corner in the morning that was great for coffee and sandwiches. Social Distancing and masks were obligatory. This made us feel safe.
