great value, right near city centre and station, really friendly patron very helpful guiding me to free parking in nearby area , it wasn’t noisy at night as I feared and my room was at the front of the property

The welcome was friendly. The room was very spacious and light with a nice view over Angouleme.The bathroom was well lit. The bed was comfortable and the whole room was clean. The location was good for us as it was near the bus stop for Perigeux and a short walk up the hill to the Old Town.

The people at the reception desk gave us a very warm welcome and were so helpful ordering us taxis.

Location was good short walk to old town. Room clean and comfortable. Considering it was situated on a main road it was quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly

I stayed in the hotel because it is opposite Angouleme station and I needed to catch a train at 0630h. It was very easy to check in with the freindly receptionist who explained the check out. The room was clean and functional - all I needed to do was sleep and wake up in time for my departure.
