The massage was the redeeming factor as although a little pricey, was the best I've ever had. The welcome drinks at the cafe next door was nice. Bathtub in the room was lovely and relaxing.

This may be more of a reflection of me than the hotel but I disliked the vibe of a posher hotel. It was the last day of my bicycle trip around Taiwan so wanted a more relaxed end to the trip and a good sleep before a long flight home but it was the least friendly and authentic place of anywhere I'd stayed in Taiwan. The reception and staff seemed under pressure and to not be happy, not rude but not happy. I don't really blame them because I found many of the guests to be super unfriendly. I never got a smile or even a hello out of anyone which is a very different experience to all of my other stays in Taiwan which were in cheaper places where I had much more friendly, open and authentic connections. I find myself asking what you pay more for in a more expensive hotel, other than a few fancy buttons to automatically close the blinds etc. Again, this may be more of a reflection of me not liking the company of posher people who tend to seem like they live in ivory towers, isolated from everyone and the rest of reality. It seems like they experience a poorer life for it. The welcome drinks finished quite early so we couldn't get anything until the next day as we arrived a little later (8pm).

地點算不錯，離小南門捷運站近，走路約6分鐘。 離西門町商圈距離也不遠，飯店後面有超商7-11和全家便利商店，還有一些吃的。飯店內有停車位，飯店人員很親切有禮，連住3晚，整理的很乾淨。 房間的智能管家小美犀能聲控房間內的設備，很有趣。

Il bagno e la colazione sono da 10. Il resto molto bello e pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile, parlano tutti benissimo l’inglese.

Il wifi funzionava male.

1.被升等三人房，空間很大很舒服，以這個金額來說很超值 2.在11樓風景很好 3.小美犀很智能，可以關窗關燈，但沒辦法控制電視 4.浴缸跟沖澡的水龍頭有分開，超棒，就不會弄髒浴缸 5.早餐選項雖然沒有到非常豐富，但還是比一般的多一點點，不過不太美味...可能我太挑(?) 6.接待人員都很客氣且親切，整體人員看起來很專業 7.房間內有膠囊咖啡機，超厲害！

1.冷氣應該是中央控制，因為很熱，所以調到最低16度，風量最大了，但還是維持在24.25度 2.水要泡茶泡咖啡還要飲用(兩人住三人房已經有3罐還是不夠)，跟櫃檯人員要，他再給了我們兩罐，但他說第三罐要錢。人員態度良好說明，不過這個規定有點怪，難道我會拿礦泉水洗澡還是泡澡，甚至帶走嗎...?(水很重欸)當然我相信一定會有這種人啦，但給水的上限是否能再高一些，因為我相信住了飯店，不會還想要出去自己買水(也有可能我是水牛啦🥺)
