Location and staff was nice

Service levels not great, very low hot water pressure, there was an ant in the food, no one at reception while checking out early morning at around 630 7am.

We travelled as a family of 4 with a driver. There are only cottages available, with 2 bedrooms and hall. The cottages are well maintained. We only booked breakfast, which was amazing. Better to book Half board, as the food in Munnar town is just ok, whereas the food in the hotel is amazing. Breath taking views from the room and cottage. They have a sunset view point too The only issue was the drive there, but hotel staff warn you well ahead and had even offered to pick up and drive our car up into the hotel, where the road was rough. Only their approach road has issues. All in all, will definitely come back

The location was just amazing but driving is not easy, the property was trying to help to send a driver to drive to the hill. If you are not comfortable to drive the dangerous hill road (terribly dangerous) better to seek help from the reception. The management, reception, checkin, food, room service, the restaurant and the campfire everything was excellent.

Wifi was poor and most of the times its not connected. Its not a major issue but still someone wants to work from there its a challenge. Nothing really to complain.

Excellent location, View from our room was amazing. Food is delicious especially buffet breakfast. Staffs are very friendly especially Mr.Jijesh was very helpful.

Road towards the resort was not good. They told us it will be maintaining well soon. Activities in the resort are less but the climate is too good so we can spend lot of time, simple sitting in the balcony with a mountain view. Rooms renovation should be done very urgently.

Well maintained property with excellent service from the staff. Worth every penny.

Would prefer a firm bed and a mini fridge in the units.
