The location was ideal.. sea view.. lovely walk along sea front to Blackpool centre.. free parking was another plus but also free street parking next to hotel.. staff were pleasant.. free WiFi .. rooms were basic but clean and bed was comfortable
Nothing really bad about the property.. all was good you pay for what you get.. it was cheap and cheerful..
Only issue was window had a gap all the way around and bed head was at window but as we stayed end of June this wasn’t a problem as rooms were warm

The staff were lovely. The bed was comfy. When asked for extra teabags it was no trouble. Window was broken in room and it was no trouble to move us immediately. Value for what we paid.
The bathroom and shower curtain needed updating.

The owner is a lovely guy that could not do enough for us, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the location is second to none if like us you live the beach
The stairs are a little steep but we just went up slowly at our age

There was mothyI liked, when we checked in the room was boiling the windows handle was broken than when I reported they said they will provide the fan but than after hour of waiting he came back to us that he couldn’t get it so he said he will change the room for us, than when we moved to different room my daughter took a shower but the shower drainer was blocked water was flooded everywhere, when I called him to come and fix it he did but they never cleaned the entire bathroom where their was flooding. The room has no fridge no cooler no fan no microwave basically nothing, I was very extremely disappointed.

Everything. The hotel should be inspected for health and safety, very unhygienic it was be on hotel hell with Gordon ramsay.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Only short walk into Bispham.
Unfortunately the room has been recently painted and the room had not been cleaned after painters had been so there was paint on the floor/towel rail/bathroom cup, and a dirty windowsill. Rest of room was fine so sure this was just an oversight.

at all I feel I have been over charged for both of the
rooms we stayed in. my bed covers was ripped the
rooms were nothing like what was on the site pictures

and when we spoke to the owner he didn’t care 100%
would never stay here again when we spoke to other
customers they had also made complained to.

I could lock the door
Room was tiny, it seemed more like a hostel than hotel, not very welcoming, interior needs update. Loud banging at 4am, scared the crap out of us. Could hear neighbour snoring

No bar and the room was too small. heating was on all night so couldn’t get a good nights sleep. wasn’t provided a shower only room as requested. No milk in room for a coffee and the batteries in the tv remote in room were not working. Paid £340 for three nights which did not include breakfast which I think is a rip off. They charge £10 a day for breakfast. cheaper alternative at Weatherspoons so would recommend you to not stay in this hotel

got charged £25 extra for checking in late and warned it would be another £25 if we checked out a min late . was made to pay cash only or we could t have key . looks like they do this all the time

My bed was lovely a comfortable. Very good night's sleep. Staff were very friendly.

We didn't have a good view atall, their were no hot water for the first night and no heating. It's quite a distance away from the attractions.

Location was perfect with a lovely view (our room didn’t have a sea view but it was nice to look at during breakfast). Breakfast was ok, the sausage and bacon could have been better quality
I have never stayed in such a small room before so I was a bit shocked by this, the floor seemed sticky and overall cleanliness could have been better. The bedding all seemed clean but just seemed old. There was an old pizza box in the room when we arrived which was a disappointment.

It was on the sea front
Extremely basis tired bedding and bathroom the double plug housing the tv and kettle did not work so I was not able to use theses facilities at all or my hairdryer I couldn’t get hold of the reception and I have asked for a discount to take this into account but they are not replying. I must have had the worst room as the room was nothing like the photos it was at the very top of the property and was just a double bed and very tired bathroom very gloomy and not at all relaxing. I would not have paid more than £40 per night for it and didn’t include breakfast so disappointed

Paid extra for sea view but the bed was infront of the window so couldnt even sit and look out, There was a chewing gum sat on the side, no remote control for the TV to change the channel. So much noise coming from another room and somebody shouting for ages outside trying to get somebody's attention with nobody there to stop it.
