The breakfast was nice, and the location wasn’t too far away from the station. Black out curtains were a nice touch.

I really dislike check-in systems where you half-way check-in and then you’re pointed to another machine to finish the check-in process. You have all the details in front of you and just need to process the payment, and then I’m finished. It’s a waste of the customer’s time to have to do the payment/check-in process at 2 different machines. This is not the only hotel that does this, but most of the good ones don’t unless they’re just that busy. In this neighborhood, I doubt they’re that busy. Staff with a few exceptions seemed very distant and a little out of touch. The building was a bit dated. Design of the room was a bit weird - the light switch for the bathroom was on the wrong side of the door. Little natural light because the window was small. (black out curtains were nice from a business perspective though)

I booked a non smoking room but they put us in a smoking room. Requested to transfer a room or atleast clean the room to lessen the smell because we have a baby with us. But no action was done.

Close to train station and there are lots of shops around

We had a lovely stay with this hotel, near to shops, trains and buses, heaps of restaurants. Very clean and staff are accomodating, me and my family highly recommend it😆👌

Hotel was about 7 minutes walk from the nearest train station and easy to spot. Rooms were clean, staff very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was great!

Rooms were tiny, not enough space to unpack your luggage. There were no lockers or cupboards to hang your clothes or store your shoes. An electric kettle was provided but not the tea/coffee, sugar and milk required to make your beverage. A welcoming biscuit/snack would be wonderful. The rooms are a bit dated and needs a new lick of paint and the carpets need a good scrub!

It's a good value for your money, breakfast is alright, there is a free coffee machine down in the lobby and their coffee is really good, the staff was really helpful to bring a bed guard for the baby. Metro station is 6 minutes walk which is great.

The last day, my 9 month old baby got a little bit sick, so we needed to take him to a kids clinic nearby, the earliest available appointement was at 11h30am at the clinic, checkout from the hotel is at 10am. When we called the reception we explained the situation and asked it's possible to check out "one hour" later so we can take the baby directly to the clinic. They directly asked to pay a 30% night stay fee for one extra hour , without even checking on the baby or offering any assistance.

The beds were not so comfortable and we got up always with a bit of back pain. The beds were hard and they were not wide enough. Many stations away from the center.

The location is good. It is 5 min walk to the station, and a convenience store is across the street. The staff was friendly and provided me with a phone charger since I had forgotten mine. The room I stayed in was overall clean. I liked the hotel's light breakfast.

When I used the bathroom, I opened the toilet lid, and there was used toilet paper inside the toilet. I checked in around 11 PM and was tired after a long day to make a complaint right there.

The first day there was a front staff girl. She didn't greeting to customers and never smile on her face. She have to learn how work as a front staff member. Just only one staff member. Others are very respectful.
