bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. location was not close but a simple bus ride into the centre and could be walked in 30 mins

bed was uncomfortable and room small. we were there for NY so super expensive for what it was but that's how demand works

The room was cozy and warm. The hotel is has a bus stop right outside with regular buses running 24 hours a day that takes you to the center of Edinburgh in 10-15 mins. You can even walk to the center in 20-25 mins. The hotel was clean and cute.

The BnB hosts were very friendly and made extra efforts to reach out to me before my visit and support an early check in. Good value for money and close to the city. About a 20 minute walk to get to the centre or a bus. Good amount of variety for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Enjoyed not having to carry around a key card all day

Some noisy guests, especially in the evening and night. The sound of the pin entering for the door should be muted to avoid this issue. I appreciate this is out of the hosts control often! Bed was comfy but quite close to the floor. There was a stain on our sheets but we aren't sure whether that was there before or after our first night so can't criticise too harshly on that. The shower stream power was very poor. We only were able to use the detachable shower head and not the overhead one. Not sure if the overhead works but if not then this should be looked into or trying to improve the power. Breakfast: the sausages were okay but could tell they were cheap and bland. Hash browns in the oven would be nicer if possible, I think they were microwaved and could've done with some more cooking.

There was a warm welcome. Very friendly staff. I felt that I was very important to them. I did the Edinburgh Marathon and the guest house put on an earlier breakfast. The room was very clean and very nice. The guest house was very quiet even though it was on some of the main bus routes. I'm going to go back as it was as near perfect as it could be. Thank you for such a great time.

The food was great, really easy to get to the town centre and other destinations. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable and lovely little seating area and desk.

We were greeted on arrival by Mei who showed us to our rooms and how to use the door keypads. She was very helpful with regards to local travel information and parking. She also cooked a lovely breakfast in the morning.

We stayed with elderly parents who found the spiral staircase hard to manage. Not keen on the bathroom being across the hallway but it is a private bathroom and very clean and modern.

We were warmly welcomed and the communication was excellent. The space was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and made to our order. I took my young teenage daughter for her first night away on our own and she loved where we stayed.
