Cleanliness could be improved. The wooden board in front of the bathtub suddenly fell out.

From the moment of booking the staff were brilliant! Really great communication and so helpful. The location of the apartment was also perfect as everything was very close by.

The apartment itself is a little rough around the edges if you look closely enough. Most of the cupboard doors weren’t on straight, one of the bedroom doors was a bit tricky to close, there were marks all over most of the walls, there were some spots of black mould in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush properly unless you held the button down and waited for the cistern to completely empty and there was a lot of faffing on our first morning trying to get the hot water to work. It seems most of the maintenance appeared to be a bit slapdash as there were holes in the walls in places where pipe work was located, rather than finished off nicely and covered up.

Some of the paintwork was mouldy, stained carpets, cracked tiles but overall functional.

Both apartments were poorly maintained. Apartment 8 had Lino placed on top of floor. This was puckered and a trip hazard. The bedroom door handle was hanging off and the front door had to be slammed to close causing the number 8 to fall off each time. Apartment 9 was filthy. We needed to use the sofa bed and when opening it up, it was filthy. We had to use the vacuum cleaner before making the bed up. The bedding was clean. The bathroom was filthy, the air vent black with grim. The bath panel hanging off and the floor had not been cleaned

Some mould in the property and cracked floor tiles In the bathroom. The upstairs neighbours have absolutely no consideration For other people as from 6 am to 11pm it was like living beneath a herd of buffalo

The apartment is very well located to explore the city on foot. Parking in Museum Road was easy and convenient. It is good that even old things are still used as long as they work.

The TV screen is much bigger than necessary and the reception of the TV signal is not always good.

The room is spacious and clean. the parking was great .

do-it-yourself system cooling system The heating system doesn't work, the room is cold, the water is cold. we can't take a shower Informed to the owner, no correction. Terrible.

Apparment is in a great location between both shopping centers

The flat smelt of curry very strongly and didn't faded while there, The bathroom floor titles are cracked and lifting and grout coming out witch is dangerous but have been told by the company that its not apparently even though some one could of cut them self's getting in and out the bath, Mould around all the windows when stripping the bed found that the bedding was all yellow and stained witch is not hygienic and the flat above banging and early hours of the morning 4am till 8am so had no sleep for the both nights we stayed. Definitely won't be using this place again

We had booked two nights. However we emailed the host to say we would not be staying a second night due to been kept awake by a mouse in the apartment. This email and subsequent email have been totally ignored. No offer of compentation, apology, thank you for drawing attention to the issue or reassurance that the problem will be sorted out for future visitors. There was no evidence of droppings, which either means it was a one off or they had been hiding it.

location was great. flat was a good size. the basic things you would need were provided. the parking permit was a great help.

for three adults the twin room I asked for was set up in the smallest bedroom rather than the larger one so it was cramped and difficult too push the door to at night. the toiletries were ones that had been used by other people.

weekend away for great south run, location excellent near to Southsea beach front and Gunwharf Quays.
