The entire experience is terrible. The male receptionist (Pakistani I think, worked midnight shift) is super unfriendly and rude. When I checked and come down to the lobby to ask for some information, he looked at the computer screen the whole time when we had the conversation and doesn’t even bother to look at me when he talked to me. Besides, the hotel is quite unsafe for solo travellers especially for female as the hotel is accessible to other people who are not hotel guests when some random people can just enter the hotel premises without any access keycards! The room is so dirty that I found several hairs in the bathroom and the shower gel is not refilled at all! And no toothbrush provided are you kidding me?! When I asked the receptionist he asked me to buy from the convenience store?! For your information that time was like past 11:30pm already! All the convenience store nearby has already closed! This is the worst hotel that I have stayed. This hotel should be rated 1-star!!

我只住了一晚，基本上都ok啦， 可能是已经看过google上的评语。 略懂这间hotel的情况，所以也没抱太大期望。 唯一庆幸的是，没有跑出奇怪的虫还是小强。而房间的价钱算是能符合房间的素质，可以算是不错。 不太建议需要住多天的旅者选择这家啦。。。

the room is become more dirty after mco ,before mco this hotel is my first choice now I don’t think I will stay here again. The room have cockroach and the aircon is hot and also the room is not clean didnt provided any toiletries few socket can’t use . Felt very disappointed

there were cockroaches…… strong smoke smell and toilet bowl can’t be flushed
