The staff were lovely especially the women who cooks breakfast in the morning. I loved my balcony and room. My stay was purely a relaxation and refresh break by myself and the quiet location but a couple of mins walk into town and beaches was perfect for my requirements. The price was amazing and you definitely get value for money. Thank you for a lovely stay

Location very good, 5 minutes walk to beach are and near to shops, bars and restaurants. Pleasent surroundings and nice breakfast.

I would not recommend economy room as the door did not lock properly, there was no hot water tap and shower was cold water only. Air con works fine and there is a nice balcony with table and chairs with a nice view.

it was quiet and situated not far from the beach and places to explore. The hotel very tired and could do with some TLC and fixing of small things in rooms, like broken toilet seat, shower heads that need replacing. overall the economy room was terrible, very dirty and bathroom was unacceptable, I upgraded for an extra €150, the newer room was cleaner, bigger but not without problems.

Attitude of lady owner should you dare to challenge! Food portions cleanliness, TV playing pop music at breakfast, people allowed to smoke near food service. lack of understanding by management, I personally think they don’t care. The lady who cooks the food called Nadia is a wonderful person, very helpful and cooks great food with the little produce she is allocated. More attention to detail from management is required.

The location is 5 minutes to beach, restaurants and supermarked - still it's in the end of ta street close to a green field - and it has a beautiful garden. feels like you are in the countryside. What I like the most is that you can escape/ join the tourist business as you like. I had breakfast and dinner included - it was authentic turkish food and very yummy. Owner and staff is very nice - and it's very clean - GREAT value for money

Business run by father and son, chic, close to the beach, equipped with everything necessary for a satisfying stay, and the food is good. It also has a parking space. The boss is very involved . Recommend

BEWARE……..When we arrived at this small hotel we waited in the owners office a long time while he was chatting to a friend on the phone. We were exhausted as had just arrived from a long trip from Cappadocia and wanted to rest. When he finally got off the phone he wanted cash as he disliked the commission on cards…especially Russian cards. He complained about them for some time in front of my Russian partner and her daughter. He then could not give us the rooms we booked as he rented them out to others. The rooms he gave us were 18 meters squared economy single rooms as compared to the 25 meters squared double that we had booked. The rooms were uninhabitable. They were both were dirty and smelly. In of the rooms we were tripping over wood that was in front of the bathroom. (In pictures) We arrived late and had no choice but to sleep in the dirty rooms given. The next day he still did not have our rooms available. I asked him for just one of the rooms and said no it was still full. So we checked out. I asked him for a refund and he said he would give us one nights refund. We booked and paid for four nights and had only stayed for one. And that one night was so stressful for my family. I told him that one nights refund was unacceptable and he became very argumentative. He said he would not get his money back as it was too late to rent the rooms out again. I told him that was his problem that he should have thought about it before giving our rooms away. He still has not given the refund he said of one night. I'm disappointed he was allowed to get away with this and nothing can done by booking, so they say.

The apartments are close to the beach, the owners are very polite. The room was worth its price. Delicious and varied breakfast.

Small family hotel where everyone feels very welcome. Toilet and shower combination is unique. Bed was comfy, food was good and it’s les than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Side old town is not far either. Free parking.

People working there are really nice. They assisted with everything what we needed. Felt like at home. Food was good. Location is perfect.

Room- very small. If I book again I would upgrade it for sure. Toilette- very small and toilette and shower in the same place which I do not like as it is always wet. Room not really clean.

Good value for money. We were looking for a place to stay overnight on a road trip. Check-in was easy, the room is as described in the pictures, room was clean and convenient, and the location is good close to this popular (and very massive touristic area). The place seems safe.I liked the place because it was convenient for us and the goal we had in mind. (stay overnight, arriving late and leaving early)

It is a budget place and you need to have that into consideration. The parking lot is in a lot outside an area where others park but not a big deal. The back of the hotel (where our room was located) does not look good (it is like an abandone backyard) but if you go to rest and spend time in the beach and area close by it is totally fine.

wifi was very weak everything seemed just a little nicer, larger, spacier, ... on the pictures than it was in reality breakfast and dinner would have been better in the way of a buffet

Not a lot to like about this place.

My room was infested with mosquitoes. I was up for hours splatting them. I still woke up the next day with over 40 bites. I found silverfish under the bed. I had to ask the owner to come to the room as I'd had enough. I told him the fridge didn't work. He unplugged it and plugged it back in. It still didn't work. I told him the aircon only worked on hot. He couldn't fix that but said someone would come the next day. No-one came. I asked him what the disgusting smell was. He said he didn't notice it. The food was poor too. I didn't bother with breakfast but on the first night went for dinner. I was sat for ages and then noticed the kitchen lights go out. They'd forgot about me despite there only being 3 guests. Eventually, they brought me a plate of offal. It was terrible. I liked Side but I could not wait to leave this dump. In one year of travel, this was the worst.

Many things could be better. WiFi for example was practically non-existant.
