Nice and quit neighbourhood, free use of bikes, good Breakfast, friendly staf

First day we received clean towels and water and waste basket was emptied but the second day nothing was done in the room.

good value for money. for the location: it’s peacefully set in the middle of the rice paddies. Not always useful if you want to be very close in walking distance; BUT they do give out bike rentals for free ;)

Quiet location amongst rice fields, but still easy bike ride (8-10 minutes) to Old Hoi An. We stayed on the third floor which always had a nice breeze through the room with the doors open. Bikes provided at no cost.

TV didn’t work (did not come to Vietnam to watch TV but ended up staying extra days due contracting COVID, so a movie would have been nice) and the ceiling fan was significantly out of balance so couldn’t be used.

Nice peaceful location. Comfortable bed, big room and nice view of rice field.

Everything exceeded my expectations. We were only here for a short stay but the staff were incredibly accommodating, the rooms were beautiful and I am excited to return!

the building and the forniture are very high end standards at few minutes by bicycle from the old town. Minh and crew are simply stunning!

Set amidst padi fields, Eden allows guests to experience another side of Hoi An other than old town and canals. Besides waking up to the greenery, we cycled kms taking this in towards the beach on the north, wonderful. Easy comms with Minh from the onset, and he will go out of his way to make your stay a pleasant one. Many thanks Minh!

Perfect stay in Hoi An. Thank you so much for the really early check in, our bus arrived I town around 5am in the morning and the help to get our room early was really appreciated.

The manager was very nice and helpful! The location was perfect between the beach and the city center! You can easily reach everything with the free bikes from the Villa! I recommend this Hotel for your stay in Hoi An!

It has a good location, not too far from the Ancient town but quiet enough to escape from the hustle & bustle. The view is great. The price is reasonable for a room with beautiful bathtub. Breakfast is also well-prepared even they're not having enough human resource to take care of it. The owner is helpful and friendly.

It's a pity that when we reached the property, it's the end of the crops so the rice fields look sad. And also the noise from the public broadcast nearby might get on your nerves a bit.

By chance, we found this hotel which was just opening 10 days ago. We were very well welcomed by the 2 owners and their family. The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful and pleasant swimming pool. It is very quiet because middle of the rice filds and only 15 minutes by walking from old district, less 5 minutes by car for a cheap price, around 35 000 VND / 1,5 €. They offer too bikes. It’s very charming, well decorated in a modern and designed stylish way, opened with very large windows and a beautiful terrace. Everthing is done to relax and makes feeling you happy We had an amazing room, with a big double bed and a single bed for our daughter, with a living room and a sofa which is very pleasant, and a balcony with 2 confortable seats to relax. Huge TV with, with youtube and Apple TV to watch movies with your Iphone or Ipad ! No need to tell you that our daughter loved that :-) The bathroom is amazing, very large, with a beautiful shower and a beautiful bath, with a window; so there is a lot of natural light in the room ! The owners are very invested in their mission to feel you confortable and make the service a priority. Which is very pleasant ! the breakfast is good too, with a buffet, offering vietnamese and occidental dishes. Definitively, a very good hotel, with a very good service which makes you very welcomed
