Great little hostel, cheap and perfect for one night. It is simple but has what you need. Air condition was a big plus. Quiet. Host was really helpful. There is an outside kitchen if you wish to cook for yourself. A little way from town but walkable, I would avoid walking alone at night.

The bathroom is for sure a little small but it did not bother me at all.

not a bad little place - it's really just 3 private rooms with a small kitchen to the side. Not a hostel in the sense of bunks or meeting a lot of people. The air conditioning was really good. The washroom was cramped with the toilet being very close to the wall but to be honest, given the price and location - it was a decent deal. El tunco is so overpriced and touristy. You are robbed for what you get normally, but this place was decent. I would come back if I was visiting the beach

-The private room was spacious enough and had a comfortable bed, some furniture and a (strong) fan that did its work perfectly for me -Bathroom ok: a bit small for tall Europeans but doable☺️ shower bit low pressure and only cold water (like everywhere in El Tunco?), but no big problem in the climate over there -WiFi wasn’t working when I arrived due to a by a storm broken cable, but the owner did put many effort in having it fixed and after being fixed the Wifi worked very well -Location a 10 minute walk from the beach and the center of Playa El Tunco -Bus can drop you off approx. 5 minutes from the property -Outside/patio area where you can sit/hang out -There’s a small kitchen you can use -Friendly and helpful owner, many thanks again Andres!

Un hostel tranquille éloigné du centre touristique. Andres a été adorable et très accueillant. La climatisation est parfaite pour éviter d’avoir trop chaud. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien.

La disposition des toilettes est pas facile pour une personne de grande taille.

Bugs, location (you’re either walking on the shoulder of a major road into town or walking across stones in a creek trying to keep your balance), bathroom has a shower but no sink

Nice little hideaway outside El Tunco. Area around it felt local unlike the town itself. Rooms were nice and host was very friendly

Could do with a mosquito net or something as got bit all over at night

The location is very good. The price is excellent for what you get. The host was very helpful and friendly. He showed us the quickest route to El Tunco centre by crossing a shallow stream with rocks to stand on while crossing. It took less than ten minutes to reach the beach. There are only three rooms in total at this accommodation. It is more like a guesthouse than a hostel. The rooms are comfortable and each one has a private bathroom. I enjoyed chilling in the hammock. The small kitchen is a nice addition too.
