Hôtel de style colonial, très bien placé dans Singapour. Nous avons été surclassés, et les chambres étaient très agréables. Le personnel est sympathique et la forme du club est plutôt avantageuse.

Great location close to several MRT stations including one across the street. Bars and restaurants in the area. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Staff friendly.

Breakfast food quality should improve and some selections should change daily.

Location was perfect. I wanted to be walking distance to orchard road. The gym was small but adequate if I was alone. There were five others at 06.00 and unusable. But anytime fitness had three locations nearby, and I’m a member in Australia. So that worked well. Staff were above and beyond. Super friendly and helpful.

Gym too small. There was a pipe leak in my room, but they were onto it after I informed them.

Frankly nothing!

Poor help on arrival! When we arrived Concierge were absent and when eventually they came they were not helpful with luggage. Just ignored us. Booking is slow! Reception was dealing with a booking issue and we waited for 20 minutes before able to get checked in. Food For any purpose when people travel, they need good food, especially when staying with decent hotel. This hotel does not serve food after 8pm. Our flights were delayed hence we arrived close to midnight and needed food. But management simply asked us to order on Grab app. This is not acceptable service for travellers to suddenly know how to order locally and have means to know all. Breakfast is included, but is significantly poor. Since I don’t know what we are paying for this “breakfast included” we are not able to value! Property does not care for Vegetarians! This is very unforgivable.

The room was clean and maintained daily by the hotel staff. Restaurant staff very polite and helpful. The small gym was adequate.

Great location bus stop outside the door with MRT very close walking distance, good aircon, big room with loads of space, bathroom not so spacious but perfect, good shower, bed super comfy and pool view! Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Definitely not value for money though.
