Bright and clean in a very good location. Comfortable with a good view. Good facilities.and reasonably close to public transport. Close to beach and coffee shop.

No blind on bathroom/ toilet window. Lack of personal privacy was a concern. Only one seat for dining.

Ich fand die Lage toll. Nahe am Strand und nicht mitten im Trubel. Es befindet sich zwischen Surfers Paradise und Broadbeach, ein ca. 20min Fußmarsch. Dort tut sich abends sehr viel, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants. Straßenbahn ca. 7min zu Fuß entfernt. Ich mochte den Poolbereich gerne, den hatte ich fast für mich alleine. Sehr schön mit vielen Palmen umgeben. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, für mich alleine. Die Möbel waren teilweise älter und es war nicht perfekt sauber (Haare) Dennoch fühlte ich mich gut aufgehoben.

The room was great and very well presented, excellent view, decent split system air conditioning and a good location that wasn't too far from shops and places to eat. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer and the bed was a good size.

Only minor quibbles, but when we arrived, there was no plug for the spa bath (which had been a key selling point for us) however the venue staff attended to this after hours and promptly. The wood in the ceiling fans also seemed to have rotted/decayed/bloated a bit, but it was just an aesthetic issue so very minor. No dishwasher was a surprise but again not the end of the world. The bed was also a bit too soft, gave my partner a very sore back, but I didn't mind and it was a good size. The TV was also offset somewhat to the right as relative to the couch, but again, that is just my pedantry and most people wouldn't care. It was a great room.

Easy to locate - great value for money - clean and tidy.

Just the drying rack behind the door scared me when it clattered to the ground when I shut the bathroom door.
