Simplemente impresionante segundo piso (piso superior) condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el deseable West End de la ciudad, a 2 cuadras de la calle comercial, y 5 minutos a pie del café de Joe y las playas de la bahía y el embarcadero. Esta unidad es ENORME de más de 1500 pies cuadrados de espacio con 2 estacionamientos de acceso directo para automóviles, una gran terraza de uso exclusivo con orientación sur y su propio jardín inglés privado y terraza bañados por la luz del sol todo el día. Esta unidad es luminosa y fue completamente renovada en 2017

We enjoy staying here every year. The unit is well-located on a quiet street on the West End. It is bright, open and well-appointed. The manager, Joe, and the owners communicate clearly and respond promptly, and are easy to work with. Definitely take advantage of the outdoor space!

My stay in this beautiful condo exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in the desirable West End, just blocks from Commercial Street and places like joe's coffee.
Inside, the condo is stylish and comfortable with modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and expansive, light-filled bedrooms. High-tech comforts like Wi-Fi smart TVs, and a Sonos sound system enhanced the experience, while the collection of books and games were a delightful touch.
This place has, hands down, the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, in a rental.
The outdoor spaces are an absolute gem. A morning coffee on the south-facing deck or an alfresco meal in the private English garden became the highlights of my day.
In summary, this condo is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, providing an excellent base for exploring the town and a peaceful retreat for relaxation. Can't wait for my next visit!

Elegant and Spacious
The apartment is spacious for two, completely outfitted, comfortably furnished. The deck and the backyard are great for hanging out in, and it is a couple of blocks away from the thick of the crowds - so quiet yet easy walk to everything. The property manager was great and made us feel welcome with fresh flowers etc. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Provincetown Getaway
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would gladly come back year after year. The home is is as described, truly beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and meticulously decorated. Very spacious living space. The private garden is stunning, a wonderful place to relax or grill. Extremely well located, walking distance to groceries, bike rental, very close to Main Street and all desired shops and restaurants. Management went above and beyond for us. 5 stars PLUS. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous home in Ptown
This property was just beautiful. The master bedroom/bathroom were a dream and the closet space was great. We so enjoyed playing games on the deck, grilling on the patio and relaxing on the comfy couches. We were worried that we wouldn't have the space/ internet to work but the living room table is very large and made some great space to work from. The home is super close to the grocery stories and we enjoyed walking into town every evening :)
Only SUPER minor negatives is that the house is toward the end of the hustle and bustle of commercial street, really not a far walk but later in the evening it feels like a bit of a trek. The neighbors dog was really cute but kind of loud and the ac is not super strong in the main living space, but again it was awesome and I would 100% stay there again.

Beautiful stay during a quiet Carnival season
Despite the challenges of COVID, we decided to go ahead with our vacation during Carnival, and we are glad we did. Nick and Andre's place is as advertised and wonderful, very spacious, well appointed. We loved their incredible back yard patio. They went above and beyond to take all necessary COVID precautions, including a thoughtful little care package including a hand written personalized card, sanitizer, wipes, and prosecco! Check in was breeze with keypad entry and Joe the property manager was super responsive to questions.

Beautiful, spacious oasis close to shopping and Commercial St.
We enjoyed staying here, both for the outstanding indoor and outdoor space. There is a lovely deck to hang out on in the evenings and a beautiful garden to hang out in or view from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and excellent appliances. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Provincetown!

Home away from home
We have been back for the third time to this wonderful home away from home. Nick’s Place is well appointed with everything you could need and is beautifully decorated. We love the proximity to the store for groceries and just a short walk to the main part of town. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, quiet and convenient!
My family just stayed here for ‘family week’ and this unit is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The backyard is peaceful and serene and the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. This place is convenient for shopping and fairly close to the center of town.

AN AMAZING RETREAT IN PTOWN!
From the highly functional and creative touches to the great location and amenities, this place rocked!
We spent First Light Week at this lovely 2nd floor retreat with two great friends. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with most anything a chef would need for a simple supper or a fabulous dinner party.
There was also a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and Nespresso pods too. Dining and living room with cozy fireplace were beautifully furnished, as were the bedrooms and baths. Spacious and comfortable with a lovely private fenced yard.
Near to great restaurants, the Stop & Shop, downtown fun and National Seashore beaches.
Don't miss this prime accommodation!

Amazing Property & Experience
This property has everything you could need for a lovely stay in Provincetown. From the champagne and expresso that greeted us to the clean house, the experience exceeded my expectations. The property manager had the house available early and contacted us to let us know on our way to town. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and has a Cape Town modern feel. We even used the grill and lovely backyard. I look forward to another stay at this amazing property!

Living large in Provincetown
If you are seeking space to stretch out while in Provincetown, look no further. Unlike many of the historic homes and newly developed condos in town, the living space is HUGE.
Modern and beautifully decorated with high ceilings and tons of light, the unit offers a small group or family the luxury of a large kitchen, living room, AND dining room. The bright and airy home offers all of the modern conveniences, and boasts an absolutely stunning, sky-lit master bath with two sinks and an extra large walk-in shower.
The peaceful location is a short walk or bike ride to town or the Stop and Shop, and with 2 parking spaces plus a bike rack it's super easy to get in and out. Up one flight of stairs, the apartment is spread out over the entire second floor of the house, with just one neighbor in the ground floor.
The owners and property manager were responsive and easy to work with. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend the condo for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing vacation in Provincetown.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Nick's place. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The back yard is really beautiful and I loved that they even supplied a bike rack for my bike. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Location, Spacious, Comfortable, New
This was a great spot for four of us (two couples) to stay. Photos of both the inside and the outside match reality! Location is perfect five minute walk to most things, two minutes to Stop N Shop, and in the center of town if you've got a bike.
Backyard is well maintained, great spot to grill and have a nice dinner outside. Shares with downstairs neighbors but there is enough privacy from them if you need. Both bedrooms are nice, the unit is very spacious with a beautiful kitchen and dining/living room to relax for a night in or before going out for the night. The outdoor deck is also a great spot to relax in the morning and watch the sun rise!
One perk is the master suite and the master bath with huge walk-in shower and his and her sinks. Very nice. Convenient laundry in the master if you need it.
Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal and plenty of space to prepare.
Owners and property manager were very responsive and we are happy we rented this year from them.

Thanks guys - what a spacious, comfortable, & well-decorated home! Stayed the week before carnival, what great proximity to everything. Inviting kitchen and deck area for relaxing or having a couple friends stop by to visit! Very quiet street but also close to everything.

Boat Slip - 10 minute walk

The condo was wonderful. So spacious and clean with a great outdoor areas as well.

It is a very nice Condo. Spacious & furnished well
This is an amazing rental. Feels more like a home than a Condo. The layout is good with a flow that has the public rooms opening into each other. Great fireplace, furnishings, art & a kitchen with good appliances, dishwater and utensils. All are like new. The Dining Room & table would easily seat 8 - 10. Beautiful light pours in from all 4 sides and there is a lovely view from each of them. One looks at the Tower, and most of the rest into the front and back gardens, which have very nice landscaping. Big deck over looks the back yard and patio. It was spotlessly clean, there was a good maintenance / management person who was helpful. I could highly recommend it to friends and family and hope to be able to stay in it again. It kind of ruins me for wanting to stay anywhere else.
