Das Hotel liegt zentral, alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen; diese war super und außergewöhnlich schön. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen; wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Super grosses geräumiges Zimmer Bett war sehr bequem und die Kissen waren Gut.

Im Verkhältnis zum Zimmer war die Dusche relativ klein. es fehlte einen Kaffemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Tassen waren vorhanden?

Es war sauber, die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Vor dem Hotel standen E-Scooter. Parken kann man gut auch umsonst und muss nicht die teure Tiefgarage nutzen. Sehr bequeme Betten!

Preis-Leistung eher schlecht. Lage in einem Gewerbegebiet weit außerhalb. Als Tagungshotel aber sicher in Ordnung.

The room was lovely and big. The staff were really helpful.

The view from the room gives apocalyptic vibes and the area around it is a tad strange.

The rooms are a good size, plenty of space for up to 3 adults. Beds are comfortable, shower excellent with good water pressure, tea, coffee making and ironing facilties are provided in the room. The breakfast is very good and offers a wide variety including a cooked breakfast. The quality of the 'All day menu' is not bad either. We regularly travel to Neuss and have stayed in several other hotels, but on the last six visits we have stayed at the Holiday Inn because we think it is the best of them all. The city centre is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Perhaps it's being 'picky' to criticise the parking facilities, the hotel does have an underground car park but you pay extra for it. The alternative is to use the parking bays on the roads surrounding the hotel. Parking places are fairly easy to find, but as the hotel is situated on a business park these tend to fill up during normal office hours and you might have to walk a bit further to get back to your car.

The breakfast is delicious. there is a lot of variety. Rooms are big and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom is small. They don't give courtesy water and they sell it for 4 euros at the reception. Not even at the airport water is so expensive.

Not clear how to use airco: advice was to open windows. This is not Ok for sleeping because of external noise. Booked a quiet room on upper floor, but got a 6th floor out of 9 above dustbins used early morning and late night. Breakfast was a rush: better to take it after 08:30.

The breakfast was very nice, with lots of choices and even though there were a lot of guests the personnel did everything they could to fill what was emptied immediately.

We had booked a room for two people and a child. Our kid had to sleep in a very uncomfortable bed, which basically was not a bed, but a couch. I wouldn't choose it again for this reason.

For the reception team...they are able to communicate well in English. They are also able to advise on the best & cost effective mode of transport into Dusseldorf and nearby Town of Neuss. They shown me the map of tram route that is nearby few tourist attraction. Location.... Its located within a "working buildings" area. If your office is located around there...then its a good location. The nearest tram station is about 20mins walk away. If you may be looking for a shopping complex (rhinepark centre).. Its about 30mins walk away. Food.... Breakfast spread is ok. Having bread, cereals, milk & coffee & tea & juice selection. On protein intake....the selection is good. Lunch&Dinner menu selection is OK.. Not too many dishes...but the taste is good. Opens till 10pm. Around 8pm are their busy time as that's when all the business travellers are back from office. Accommodation... Rooms are not too well lid for those whom is planning to work on their laptop through the night. But few lamp stands are available to help with. Rooms are cooling during winter and early spring. For travellers during summer...each room is equipped with an air condition. Pillow and mattress are comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities are provided but not drinking water. You gotta buy them. There is a nice sofa seating area..comfortable enough to eat on if you are planning to order food in. Housekeeping team... They come and make up your room daily and changes the towels used daily. If you are on the environmentally friendly patron..do hang up the towel for they know you are planning to re-use.

LACK OF SECURITY issue... My partner lost his laptop bag that consist of his laptop and his travel passport while having breakfast at the cafe. Other patrons are also leaving their bags at the hotel area while they complete the ir business at both cafe and lobby area, yet their belongs are still there. When we approach the hotel team for CCTV footage.. They informed my partner that the CCTV is only pointed toward the reception area. The common area and the cafe entrance or cafe area has NO CCTV. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! for a big establishment chain like Holiday Inn. When my partner approached the hotel management team... His/her answer was only an unapologetic or non sympathetic answer of "you have made a police report, hence there is nothing much that we can do." There was no signs or even an effort to help you to ease the situation or form of compensation. My partner was lucky that he has his German colleague to help him to settle few of the major issue at the police station. We feel this lack of empathy is what we are most disappointed with.
