When we got there they told us we are not paid to stay there my husband has to pay his own money because it was very late already 11 p.m

room was not clean - rubbish on the floor, bathroom was dirty, there were COCKROACHES, very loud and people running on the corridor at 2-3am, after daily cleaning they left the bed not done so we had to do it ourselves

Location is fantastic with access to many restaurants and local shops.
The shower head in RM.802 was broken. The house keeping would have easily noticed this damaged shower head during their regular house keeping and could have arranged for it to be fixed immediately and before the next guest uses the room..
