i have to take my self the sheets and towels from the office to the apartment and make the beds.

Amazing location, really close to the lifts, and helpful staff. The local restaurants and bars were great. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for four adults.

Bedroom smelt like cigarettes when we arrived and the hot water ran out after 3 people had showered.

Amazing location close to the chairlifts. The kitchen is outdated, but provides you with what you need.

We had to set up our own linen and the sofa bed was not prepared for us when we arrived. The checkout process is not in line with the times on booking.com (9am-11am), staff were at our door at 9am waiting to collect our keys. Would have been nicer to have an few more hours to pack all our bags and snow gear in the morning rather than on our last night. Also no drying facilities for wet snow equipment and clothes.

The location is really great! Just two steps from the ski lift. But this is the only positive thing in this "hotel"

Never! Never! Book this "hotel" Please don't ruin your vacation. I never met such bad service at all! 1. Extremely small box for ski storage - apartment for 4-5 persons, storage for two skis or just one board. 2. Please plan to spend about 1 hour for check-in. You must check-in before 7 p.m. Please plan to come no later than 5 p.m. as it will take so long to check in, and otherwise they will charge you additional money. 3. Torn blankets. And be prepared that they will charge YOU for that holes. Make photos on the first day this will help, just believe me. 4. You will need to clean the room after your stay. Not just clean up after yourself, but a complete cleaning of the room as if you were working as a cleaner in this hotel. Otherwise, they will charge you! And yes, don't forget to take photos of the cleaned apartment, this will help to get your deposit back. 5. And finally, they are asking for a 300 Eur deposit upon check-in. With the promise to return it the same day as your check-out. Forget about it! They will charge you for every hole in their blankets, for normal room cleaning, and whatever else they want. It took us 5 days and the help of Booking customer service (Thank you Booking!) as the facility staff will not respond to your messages when you checked out.

Apartment was in need of improvement. Not enough hot water for two people to shower. Everything a bit old. Bunk beds not fixed to wall and in danger of falling over when getting to the top bunk.
