Shuttle service was convenient and on time

Very Close to the airport so the location was excellent, especially is you have an early flight. The location is also excellent because there are so many eating spots and a couple shopping malls nearby.

the fact that it was so close to the airport… I had an early flight I was in transit and the shuttle was out front and waiting when I can down to check out they even gave me a to go breakfast

The absence of any in house restaurant of cafe, requiring a trip to the local mall to eat was a frustrating.
