Water leaked to my bedroom from the bathroom No fruits & vegetables

Ideal location for a last minute stay in Trinidad close proximity to the airport, and safe and secure. Staff were great especially the waitress and bar staff. Room was a decent size and it had everything we needed right there on site. We chose to eat in their restaurant and the food was tasty and beautifully presented, compliments to their chef.

The bathroom in the room, was very small and not the same standard as the rest of the hotel or room, and also the toilet downstairs in the bar area wasn't as well kept as the rest of the establishment, but even with saying this it didn't spoil our stay and we would definitely visit again.

I had to leave before breakfast the morning so I didn't try it. I bought food at the restaurant and it was very good.

There was no water when I arrived. I checked in after 7pm for my 3pm check in and was hit notified. After about 2-3hrs a truck came in, added water to the rooms, but the water was brown and disgusting for the entire night and I was not able to shower. However, the staff did allow me to shower in the pool even though it was closed at 8 PM. my room was not discounted

I liked the comfort of the rooms and I liked the recreational area, I also liked the fact that the DJ was able innovative to play music that was conducive to the the vibes of the customers.

I disliked the hours allocated for use of the swimming pool, I was of the opinion that I would've been able to have access to the pool at night time for cool down and relaxation

Location was nice. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very accommodating. Food Portions are good.

Rooms need to be updated for the price. Some carpet and accent lighting would help. And bigger TV with comfort bed sheets. Sheets too thin.

The breakfast was okay the pancakes was dry

The sink was not working properly. The aircondition was not working properly. The television was not connecting to the wifi. The room service took too long to come.

My rental car was stolen at the property and no one cared

Nothing breakfast was poor Service worse my credit card was also charged twice the original amount and was told is booking .com that did it
