Close to train station

Fridge smelt really bad. Bathroom could have been cleaner & neighbour complained it was leaking into his bathroom (below)

Only issue 2nd key was not available on arrival when we did get the key And was using it to come home there was no fob to get into main door

Perfect stay for 5 days. Comfortable, spacious.

Verry bright and spacious apartment.

I understood the check out is at 11:00, but the cleaners came before 11:00 , was a bit rushing. A member of the group twisted her leg one day before and it was difficult to mobilise.

Good location with excellent transport links into the city.

We went in the peak of summer and the flat was very hot and stuffy.

The apartment was spacious with good sized rooms. The beds were comfy and the wifi was excellent too. There was plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The fans in the apartment were a blessing as we stayed here during a heatwave - it would have been unbearable without them. It was lovely and modern and decorated really well throughout. On a side note, it would be good to have had some useful info in a folder withing the apartment to give info relating to maybe but routes and stops, places to eat near by, taxi firm etc.

Some small things that did impact our stay. The keys had to be collected from a shop about 5-10 minutes walk away, whilst it wasn't too bad - the directions given through a local park made us stick out like a sore thumb trundling suit cases through the park. The fridge didn't seem to keep anything cold - it was cool but nothing was cold at all. Neil was good and responded quickly but it wasn't great. There were a couple of others things in the apartment, two of the chairs at the dining table where broken and the fan didn't work in the bathroom.

All you could want for your own apartment in London. Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. 10-15 minute walk to different underground stations. I would definitely recommend!

Jose was a great host, the communication with Anne and him was always helpful and nice. We got a warm welcome. The apartment was clean and well equipped for five (up to six) people, including towels, hairdryer and everything you need to prepare your own meals. The beds are comfortable, and the living room is nice to hang out, and has a balcony! The neighborhood is really nice and quiet, a supermarket is nearby, and there is a canal around the corner inviting for walks. Two underground stations are nearby, so you can reach anywhere quickly. We felt really comfortable and had a great time!

It's not a big deal, but maybe good to know that the kitchen and bathroom don't have windows. There is ventilation, but especially the ventilation in the bathroom made a lot of noise.

It was clean, spacious, comfy, and the look was modern and sleek.

The shower was a little confusing to work but you just need to know Hot on the left cold on the right and that you need to pull the middle thing up to turn it from a bath to a shower. The kitchen also had a very slight smell but I think the last guest must have burnt something.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. Very spacious and clean, in a quiet area close to the city centre and the underground station. I strongly recommend it.
