the staff were extremely friendly and prompt whilst the location was fantastic and central and the rooms sizes and cleanliness was great
not mainly the hotel fault but the non-stop music from citywalk was extremely annoying. the quality of the mattress and pillows could be better for the standard of the hotel.

Check in and greeting was supreme and efficient. I did not stay for any meals but I will next time! Location is fantastic and parking is great.
rooms could have a touch more character for a boutique-ish hotel its a touch corporate and cold there, a splash of subtle accent color or something would be nice

My wife and I were very, very happy with our choice of accomodation. All Staff, including, front of house, support , pool and security were all exceptional to us.

We found the breakfast, although exceptional, was a bit expensive considering my wife wasn’t hungry one morning. Perhaps a two tier price structure could be an option.

I loved the staff, especially the front desk guy “ Grove “ I believe his name like this he made our anniversary special.
Everything was great, but you need to change your pillows it was so not comfortable.
