Ruhige Lage in einem Bürokomplex, gute Betten, große Zimmer, Zweckmäßig ausgestattet, gute Frühstücksleistung und sehr freundliches Personal.

Leider gibt es weiterhin das kleine Problem Kaffee - den könnte man wirklich und ohne Mühe besser machen - alles andere zum Frühstück ist dem Preis angemessen.

Hotel location in industrial area in 10-minute walk from the train station and tram stop, no water bottles in the room, no baby cot.

Comfortable, affordable room close to city and highway. The groceries is nearby. Quite location and big parking next to the building.

Old furnished and dusty room. Minibar including only 2 pcs of instant coffee, 2pcs of tea an one bottle of water. The breakfast was very simple. I was expecting much more from 4 stars hotel.

Nice friendly staff who try to help with any question. In my case, the hotel was quite conveniently located and could be reached without traffic jams.

Very simple hotel, I chose it because there were no other options. In connection with the ongoing exhibition in the city, basically everything was already booked. Breakfast is very monotonous, the choice is small, but you can eat. Poor soundproofing, you can hear your neighbors.

Breakfast was good for the money. Good choices of cereal and cafe. Meat choices were good, dairy products decent quality. Cafe was freshly prepared by the staff for the guests at the tables.

Worst 4 star hotel ever.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, the heating was very good as well, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located in an industrial part of town, Düsseldorf centre is easy to reach, also by public transport reachable within 5 minutes walk

The bathroom old-fashioned shower hose was too short and could therefore not properly control the water temperature, the breakfast buffet was mwahhh, rather basic for a 4 star hotel, coffee is put ready in thermal cans which are handed out when asking for coffee, you can taste that it's not quite fresh anymore...

Staff was friendly easy to park.

The hotel is quite big, but the breakfast area is not suitable for the size. The staff was running around to keep everything on stock. There were not enough places to sit.
