We arrived abd were allocated rooms together. When I asked why we were not allocated pool view I was shown the pool area which was drained and tiling was occurring. I had I stood from speaking with the conseirge that yhe pool itself would be closed due to the time of year but not the entire poolside area.
Therefore there was no where to sit apart from a small corner on other side of the railing which by mid afternoon would be in the shade!!
I complained and was told that was all there was. When I queried the pool area with the manager he said it was common knowledge. I looked back at my booking through booking com and there was no information re: the work
I was also allocated a smoking room I do not smoke

Dernière chose très importante, il était très appréciable de trouver les chaînes françaises à la télévision, ce qui est extrêmement rare en Espagne !
La salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite par rapport au flux de personnes s’y trouvant.

Location was great and near the marina. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable especially the lovely soft pillows. There was a good selection of food and drink at breakfast. It was good that we could park our car under the hotel during our stay as easier to transport our bags into the hotel. There was a fee of €28 per 24 hours for this privilege.

The man that checked us in was very rude, no please or thank you. Kept going off to do other things while serving us.
Not a great first impression.
We were not given any information about that hotel, where anything was or WIFI we had to figure all that out.
Our room didn’t have any glasses to drink from and curtain was falling down.
There was a cockroach in our room that we had to get rid off

Clean, spacious and great location to the main harbour. Good breakfast and staff were nice. Lovely decor of the hotel.
There is a road directly by the hotel, it doesn’t cause issues around the pool or at night, but when the door is open it is quite loud. It was also very busy at the weekend and the breakfast was busy then (the week was fine), the small plates at breakfast make it very challenging too. Finally, we didn’t expect the clientele; it was quite a ‘young’ ‘party’ vibe around the pool - no fault of the hotel, but I wish I knew that as we felt a little out of place at times. No kettle of coffee facilities in the room too was a big disappointment.

Very good breakfast options, newly refurbished bright modern decor, nice pool area. Very well sound proofed rooms. Hotel has a very nice feel walking around.
Literally on top of the motorway, only separated by a fence which in some places is just bamboo screening. Cars and lorries thundering past 24/7 just a few steps away. Noise is very noticeable and takes some time to adjust. Was very disappointing to walk out in to the garden the fist time as overall it is very nice.
