Very clean, friendly and helpful staff and great location, close to two tube stations with one only a 5 minute walk away and the other 10minutes.

De resaltar la atención del personal, desde la recepción hasta los meseros en el desayuno todos fueron super amables y atentos, dispuestos a ayudar y hacer de tu estancia un buen momento. Tienen pequeños detalles por toda la habitación agradeciendo tu estancia, me gustó mucho la forma personalizada de atenderte.

Aun que la habitación cumple con las necesidades fue super pequeña, no tenía en donde poner mi maleta, es un pequeño detalle la vdd por una sola noche no hubo gran problema.

Todo!!!! La ubicación es perfecta con las principales líneas de metro para poder moverte sin problema por Londres. Las habitaciones cómodas y con todos los detalles que necesitas para una estancia confortable, el personal atento y amable y el desayuno desayuno no faltaba de nada para ser un comedor pequeño, todo lo rico de un desayuno inglés hasta un desayuno de lo más saludable! Si tuviese que volver repetiría sin duda, zona tranquila y sin ruidos, conexión wifi de 100, reposición de toallas todos los días, botellas de agua, que en ningún hotel hasta ahora lo he encontrado… y galletas y fruta fresca todos los días después de hacernos la habitación.

Por ponerle una pega teníamos una habitación triple y la cama de mi hija era un sillón cama de 70cm demasiado pequeño para una adolescente de 14 años! Muy cómodos pero no son las habitaciones triples que enseñan al elegir habitación.

Construction outside made it difficult to sleep but the staff were very accommodating

The location close to Queensway Underground station and easy to locate on foot. Also good bud connections to central London

Got a room in the basement with a window leading to a dirty wall with no sunlight whatsover. It that is what you like , well, then here it is !

Got a room in the basement with a window leading to a dirty wall with no sunlight whatsover. The standard of the room was two levels lower than the one advertised on booking.com. Dirty walls, outdated bathroom and old beds. Avoid at any cost.

Good location

They gave me a room at basent with no windows, although it wasn't written anywhere in description these important aspects. They tried to compensate with free breakfast, but the fact that I didn't received the room I paid for wasn't pleasant at all.

Das Frühstück. USB Anschlüsse funktionierten nicht. Fenster und Fensterbrett sehr schmutzig. Zimmer winzig.

Great location, close to underground stops. Very clean and spacious room (stayed on the 4th floor). Staff was also very friendly and helpful. We also thought it was great value for money, considering that it was right next to Hyde Park.

Walls are rather thin so you can hear everything that is going on in neighboring rooms or hallway.

mattress spring appeared to be broken in the middle - very poor quality; decor quite old; room LG107 room door lock was broken; you will hear allot of water being used around the hotel in the room - acoustic waste pipes definitely not utilised
