The hotel was clean and comfortable. A member of staff, Jason, made my stay much better by accommodating to my health needs. I have claustrophobia and was initially offered a room that was not suitable, but Jason was very helpful and understanding. He offered an alternative room which improved my stay greatly. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff were nice. Staff who helped with luggage were also very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good. During the stay, there was a variety of offered food from different cultures. A certain selection of the food was alternated each day. The gym was well equipped with machines and weights.

It was initially difficult to deal with the front desk and have a room catering to my health needs. However, Jason was thankfully very helpful and offered a great room.

Apartment is spacious. Very calm and quiet hotel and location. Breakfast very well organized.

Check In took very long time, almost 4 hours.

Расположение чуть подальше от центра, но предоставляется автобус по расписанию до ДубайМолла и метро. Персонал замечательный. Один совет: не приобретайте экскурсии в отеле. Очень дорого и неоправданно.

Furniture need refresh

The food and beverage were fantastic, the service was perfect, the staff was excellent and the restaurant managers were perfect. The breakfast experience made our day great. Definitely will be staying at the Marriott.

Check-in staff, concierge, and front office can be more inviting, especially during the day. Slow in getting our bags to the room, had to chase after them. Not helpful with local transport information.

The staff are amazing specially Pankaj at reception.He tried his best to make my stay better .

The property is run down .The beds are not comfortable at all .I booked 3 nights but I canceled 2 .I tried to leave immediately but because it was past midnight it wasn’t possible to book somewhere else so I had to stay 1night .I will never stay there unless there are massive refurbishment .

If I have to find something. Then it can be a the frequency of the shuttle service. But again it was free so cant complain much.

Booked a two bedroom apartment, it smelt of urine, bed sheets were not clean and towels were not clean either when I received the room.
