Property is well maintained. Spacious , clean rooms. Jacuzzi is excellent. Courteous staff. Complimentary breakfast is nice. Food is ok. All services are up to the mark.

Food was good including BF, LUnch and dinner.

Pillows were very uncomfortable and unuseable. AC was not working in one of the rooms and since we realised very late evening, my parents had to sleep without AC. Also, when I booked the room on booking.com , there was no option to choose number of adults but while booking I booked 2 double rooms which showed each room allowed capacity is 2 people. I dont know what went wrong, but I was charged extra by the hotel for extra 1 person occupancy as the booking wad confirmed for single occupancy. Paying extra for an uncomfortable stay was totally not worth it. I could have stayed at a close by ITC hotel at same price.

Staffs behaviour was good. Food was too good. Very Good ambience.

Rooms were not soundproof. We could hear people talking and snoring from the next room.

We loved the resort atmosphere, food & friendly staff made our stay pleasant. We would definitely plan to visit for longer duration in future.

there was musty smell in the room and in wardrobes and it disappeared after opening windows for sometime. Hope such things can be taken care for our future stay.

Everything was just prefect

Resort is very clean and well maintained. It is small but good themed decoration around the resort. Restaurant food was good for dinner. Buffet Breakfast has limited options but taste was good. There are indoor and outdoor games for both adults m kids. Our kids enjoyed the games.

I booked executive room. It was very small in size. Washroom was not in good condition. Reception staff at the time of checkin time was not friendly. Rest of the staff at restaurant n room service were good.
