Dirty bedsheets with bloodstains, nauseating smell of air freshener and mosquito repellent, ceiling in shower leaked, and convoluted, suspicious billing (6 partial payments, pressure by management to make two partial payments in cash, and final bill that made no sense).

Room amenities and decorations were nice enough. Staffs( security/ door man) standing at the entry point were friendly. Issues found were shared with concerned and they tried their best resolving it right then.

FO staffs to be more professional, should be customer centric specially during check in. Additionally, FO staff to brief customer about service details first instead of asking to pay off the service charges.

I liked the hotel room was neat and cleaned. Also staff Was helpful especially Mr. Ismail and Ms Lina.

Didn't liked breakfast menu and vegetarian food was very less.

Booking .com price is very higher than other occupier and even direct booking at counter . For Bangladesh direct contact to hotel is better option than online specially booking .com

Service: from the moment you arrived till checkout, service and staff were superb. All the staff were brilliant and attentive without being overwhelming. Very professional and well trained. Room: Very comfy bed, duvet, and mattress, excellent shower and hot water, powerful a/c. minor wear and tear, but negligible to the naked eye. Food: Breakfast was varied, definitely enough to fuel you for a good day. I didn't try the restaurant as there are plenty of options nearby for delivery. Location: Lovely central area in the better part of Dhaka. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and even extended for a few more days. Within its budget range, I would say it ticks all the boxes, great value for money for what you get in the area.
