We loved the property! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for 3 night stay. The air conditioning was working perfectly fine with 38 degree heat outside when we visited. Maria was very friendly and welcoming.

The stairs but the outdoor terrace is worth it!

The climb up the stairs with suitcases wasn’t ideal, but it’s an older building, so quite understandable and expected. Without luggage it’s not a problem.

Lovely spot and great host. Some minor repairs needed but nothing worrying. The welcome wine promised didn't appear, but we could not fault the apartment or the location

Bathroom window needs a blind, and door handle needs replaced. Hospitality pack would be welcome.. Some basic condiments. But not a big deal

The location was fantastic and we were able to be in the same building as my daughter and her family

Very good location. Well decorated apartment comfortable beds and good kitchen and bathrooms. We had the penthouse suite and loved the extra room upstairs and outdoor decking area!

Not a major problem but there was no lift and had to hike 3 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. May be a hindrance if your cases are large and heavy.

Loved the space and facilities! The place was also in a terrific location.

There was quite a lot of noise throughout the nights and in the early mornings.

Superb hosts Fab location in the old town less than a 10 min walk to the mercado.Arranged Airport transfer and lots of local recommendations.Well placed for walking to major sites. You won't find better value for money nearby.

Nothing about our acvomodstion. But booking .com do not convey photos and descriptions of apartments at all well. We had a second floor 2 bed apartment with kitchen & lounge area with 2 small balconies.nit conveyed by booking.vom.Thankfully, the host was very goid st answering all my questions

The apartment was in a great location close to the Torres Serran in the old quarter within easy walking distance of all the main sites, as well as numerous bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Arcadi kindly arranged to meet us after an early flight and let us drop off our luggage until the apartment was ready. He also gave us tips on places to eat. Air conditioning was good, and very welcome. Just right for 2 people for a short break in lovely Valencia.

Would have liked a kettle to make tea rather than boiling water in a pan, but we coped! The sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable and one of the chairs was a bit tatty but, as we were out of the apartment a lot of the time, these are minor observations.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The apartment was perfect with an excellent location. The host was very kind and helpful. If our next trip was to Valencia again, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lots of space. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Bedrooms are comfy. Good deal given the price.

It smelled badly like toilet. We had about 2 minutes of hot water in total for a group of 4. The upper toilet did not flush properly.

Wonderful location. Really kind and helpful hosts. Superb beds. Quiet bedrooms. Decent coffee machine. Possibly the best holiday apartment I've ever stayed in.

A few weird plumbing noises one night. Other than that, all very good.

The apartment was very beautiful and modern. It has everything you need for your stay. The location is right in the city centre and you can walk everywhere. The value for money is 10/10. The host was also very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay. I would definitely recommend it.

I don't have negative comments about the place - maybe lack of nature light due to the location in the back of the building which doesn't allow the light to come though - so it's permanently dark despite the little backyard

we were upgraded by the wonderful hosts because they were concerned that our original apartment might have noise coming from an adjacent construction site. the apartment was spectacular and so comfortable. the price was beyond reasonable! wish we had had longer than one night. the beds were the most comfortable we have slept on. the location is superb and absolutely perfect. fantastic lounge area, and the bathrooms so fantastic. this place was 100% perfect.

Spacious, clean, great location, friendly.

Location and contact with host excellent. Service 5*****.. Bed was comfortable, kitchen complete with dishwasher and some small amenities were provided. Cleaning and new towels were provided half way through our stay. Apartment matched the pictures on booking.com. No problems with heating like other reviews said, there is indeed a small radiator and a remote heater in the bathroom, but also the aircon can be used to heat up in winter time. Indoor bike parking was a nice bonus for the day that we rented bikes! The apartment was in a reasonably quiet street and with a bit of luck the apartment above is vacant, to have a undisturbed night. Carrefour express and bakery nearby to satisfy basic needs. Perfect for some days stay.

The price/quality ratio for our dates (during new year) was on the expensive side. The apartment met our expectations however. We can confirm the other reviews that taxi is a roulette for which nearby street they will pick you up. Not all of them are willing to make the full drive through the city center to reach the apartment. Some suggestions for improvements: - The door to the shower could not fully close (anymore) making it difficult to keep the rest of the bathroom dry. Fixing the door, would solve this minor issue. - The couch had some small marks that looked like stains, it was extra cleaned by the cleaning staff, but the marks remained. Maybe a cover over the couch would make it look more clean. - The apartment is in the basement of an old house, there is an air cleaner provided, but it was not enough to keep the humidity/basement smell out at all times. Some air refreshment (e.g. aromatic sticks) would do wonders. - The only thing we would have loved to have extra was a laundry machine.
