The room was beautiful, great location, plenty of towels in the room, very spacious. The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The receptionist (I can’t remember her name, she was the oldest of the three receptionists) even called us a taxi and walked us to the taxi the morning of our departure. She even carried one of our luggage bags for us. She was so kind. Our favorite place that we stayed in Italy!

Very neat great location

the location is close to everything, and Teresa - the receptionist - went out of her way to make sure we are comfortable! she was patiently explaining everything, found us an umbrella when it was raining and helped us to bring the suitcases down when we were leaving.

- first off, there is no elevator. i mean there IS, but it starts from 2nd floor and stops not on every floor - so you need to be ready for a lot of carrying your suitcase. we were specifically looking for a hotel with an elevator, so this just doesn’t match the description - second - the room somewhat resembled the pictures they have here, but somewhat is the word. i was looking for a hotel with nice design, and this one is very, very basic - at least the room we got. the bathroom looked like it was renovated in the 90s and never touched again. the room was also super tiny and not well-planned spatially. - the details that annoyed me even more: 1.they offer NESCAFÉ in the room. in Italy. Nescafé! this you don’t find even in the cheapest hotels, this is just laughable. of course we didn’t drink it. 2.their airco lives the life of its own, turns on by itself in the middle of the night with +17 degrees setting. whoever set this up - PLEASE change it! - be prepared that it’s also extremely NOT sound-proof. you hear every sneeze both from your neighbors and from the outside, and with a very central location you can imagine the amount of noise we were relieved we were only there for 1 night and couldn’t wait to leave.

Io e un gruppo di amiche abbiamo scelto il Realis Tosinghi per un week end a Firenze dovuto al festeggiamento di un addio al nubilato e non potevamo scegliere di meglio. La struttura è molto intima e le camere sono molto spaziose, eleganti e provviste di tutto l’occorrente e anche oltre (abbiamo molto apprezzato i vari set disponibili in bagno). Teresa è stata particolarmente disponibile in tutto e per tutto. C’è la possibilità di lasciare le valigie sia prima del check in che dopo il check out in struttura, il che per noi è stato di grande aiuto. Consigliato al 100%!

La rete wi-fi potrebbe essere migliorata poiché ci sono stati alcuni problemi di connessione

La ubicación es excelente, la calidez y el apoyo constante de Teresa es excepcional! Muy agradecidos con el buen trato

El elevador NO está al nivel calle, se deben cargar las maletas un piso. Pero el precioso decorado con gusto exquisito y la vista al Duomo desde el cuarto y el excelente trato lo vale por completo.
