Sea front location

Beds need renewed Shower didn’t work needed to run it for 15 mins before it would work and it didn’t stay up on shower pole so unless u are 3 foot tall had to hold in hand to shower Our room was on a slant Window whistled like a old kettle constantly Cold room only 1 small radiator

The room was decent for the money we paid and clean, not too far from where we needed to be. The staff were friendly and the place had a good atmosphere.

Shower pressure was a bit low but that could have been down to all the other rooms using showers at peak time. Communal areas could be updated and bed sheet could of been thicker but overall really not bad for the price we paid and we would stay again.

It was cheap, there was entertainment for the kids

Entertainment was very loud, our room was above the music, it went on till nearly midnight, so kept us awake, Shower either burnt or was feeezing, bathroom tap kept sticking so water was trickling all night, no toilet roll, kettle had to be boiled on the floor as the table provided was too far away, not great with kids in the room, bunk beds were very rickety and noisy, all beds were small and uncomfortable, staff were blunt and unhelpful. Bar was cash only as was the £50 deposit for damages, recommended nearby cash machines didn’t work! All quite stressful for one nights stay! The room was poor quality, blinds didn’t cover the window so was disturbed by the daylight blasting through, the light in corridor was also kept on all night so light shone through around the door. ironic that we were asked to pay a deposit incase if damages! There was nothing left to break!!!

Hotel was cheap and right on the beach which was great. The rooms were clean too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the decoration looked like it had been done by novice DIYers. The beds weren’t comfortable and the bunk beds sounded like they were about to collapse.

Definitely was not value for money £339 for 4 nights 1 adult 2 kids, bed was so uncomfortable i woke up everymorningwith a very sore back, I struggled to get the shower to give me hot water, £10 a night for parking in the smallest car park ever, upon leaving at 3 car tyres were slashed including my dad's car which then cost him a further £230 for a new tyre which also delayed our travel back home to Scotland , the hotel owner said he had reported to the police but don't think he did, my parents have tried to contact the hotel via email but no email addresses seem to work

Most of the staff were friendly and there was entertainment. The guy that provided the entertainment was lovely and very accommodating. The location was good.

We had a leak come through our en suite which soaked the floor and we couldn’t get a shower in the morning. while in the bar area water came through the ceiling and soaked our table as it was raining. The view from the room was horrible and when we were leaving the owners wife had blocked our car in, my husband asked if she could move her car to let us out and after 10 minutes of waiting he went back in, before he even got to the woman she shouted rudely “I AM COMING”. I am shocked at the way she speaks to guests, especially as the hotel is not the best standard.

Excellent location, clean room, comfy beds, lovely staff, excellent value for money it exceeded my expectations.

No soap/hand wash in the bathroom but for the price it wasn’t an issue.

It was peaceful, bit noisy at times with other guests in the hotel, but that is understandable. Overall it was fine.

Can't name one thing good about this hotel

No seaview,freezing shower room and shower,freezing room due to no curtains,freezing underfoot due to no underlay under carpet.had to sleep in my full clothing and I was drinking both nights.thin duvet which is fit for bin as too thin now.no service at bar,rude reception as in quite menacing.£50 cash deposit due for damage that you get after stay you couldn't cause £50 worth of damage in this prison cell room.late check out is a rip off at £15 per hour if not booked or £10 an hour if booked,this needs to end now in Blackpool this check out ruse.passed by this hotel on front countless times and really probably the worst hotel with a reception I have stayed in Blackpool.

I'm sorry to have to say that this hotel is in a very bad way taking in anti social kind of guess smell of drugs around the hotel and kids running around the hotel late at night was kept up all night with shouting kids crying and arguments between lads that was off there heads on drugs as hotel have signs up saying anti drugs not allowed inside there well this wasn't true can't tell me they didn't no about it also for hygiene and cleaning of the hotel also is very bad way the furniture also needs replacing beds and pillows all need binning and replacing everything that pictured showing people on booking. Com am not the true look of the place. I have told the man on the desk on my arrival only good thing was we had a 50 pounds bk without any issues the lady on front desk was friendly enough but sorry to have to say that we will never recommend or return to this hotel and anyone else I wouldn't go there if I was you it needs alot of work and management need to relize this is a bad way of running a hotel I agree with others that have stayed and said it needs a hell of alot improving doing until then needs to be shut down by government body of some sort until at a passable level to be a hotel we am a couple didn't feel safe at all I wouldn't take kids into this hotel so please if you thinking of going don't all I can say I'm sorry to have to put this review but has to, be said also parking is charged at 10 pounds a night not 5 I do hope that management do something about all this you only effectively hurting your own pocket and losing money and also the fire alarm needs looking into by fire services as its going off all day and night again sorry to have to say all this

Nothing we enjoyed how stay did not realise that you allow dogs which I thought oh dear but the rooms were very clean and dogs no bother at all.

There was no breakfast has kitchen was closed so why is is saying a bed and breakfast i had to take my family to a witherspoons for breakfast, kettle had to be put on the floor to boil one plug socket in the room ,no bedside cabinets to put the cups on had to use the floor has a family room was discussing, the single room wasn't used or slept in my friend couldn't make it, I want a refund for it

Breakfast, more plug sockets in room,had to park away from hotel, wall fittings fell off wall onto my back in lounge area which left a bruise staff just laughed,

the location of the hotel is great. that is all

the place is run down and very dated. we booked a family room and it was cramp, the mattresses didn’t fit the bunk beds as they were too big. the door handle was broken and it wouldn’t take much for someone to break into the room. there we so many drunk people sitting at the reception door. at 9pm there were 2 police officers in the reception arresting some drunk lad after he had been kicking off on his partner. how they can charge £140 for one night is beyond belief. do not book this hotel

positive, the hotel excepts dogs. negative, everything else is really poor quality.

the hotel is so run down and poor, asked for a £50 deposit for damages, frankly the stand of furnishing is so poor, they were already damaged. residents were smoking in their rooms.

No staff about after checkin sewage smells in room was moved after first night I went home wasn't allowed a refund for second night even though it wasn't my fault they had to close hotel down because of the water problem . Not good enough wouldn't recommend to anyone and will never stay there again.
