Nothing Much. The room was OK but quite small for the price charged
Staff were totally unprofessional and unhelpful, seemed very amateurish and not used to having well travelled international guests. The whole hotel setup seemed like a village inn. Staff could not recommend anything on any topic. Clueless!!! Not sure how this is a Best Western hotel!

Great location, room with view on the ocean.
First 2 nights could not sleep well because of A/C issue which was fixed on the 3rd night. This could have been avoided. Also hotel staff doesnt speak english, would be good to train them at least basic english.

The sea is not swimmable, but it stretches out in front of you and the sunset is beautiful.
The room was poor and totally different from the picture. I had paid in advance and was told to pay at reception as well. There was no apology for the mistake and we were given excuses that we did not understand.
The Wi-Fi did not work due to technical problems and when we contacted reception, they said they would go to our room but left us there for over 30 minutes and eventually no one came. Staff were indifferent and did not greet or smile at all when we walked past the front desk. When I arrived by taxi, the staff member who was outside talking to a customer saw me with my heavy luggage, stopped talking and went straight back to the hotel. No customer care at all.
The air conditioning did not work well and I had a difficult night's sleep. The bottles of water in the room are very small, about 500 ml for two bottles. I drink a lot of water and there is not enough at all. I thought it was stingy.
I had to walk a bit to go shopping nearby and it was dark. Employees take breaks and smoke on the benches outside. If you don't like smoking, there is no place to relax. The location is poor, except for the sea view.
The windows in the rooms were dirty. Under the beds were not cleaned at all and were littered with rubbish. The beds have tyres and can be moved so they can be cleaned.
For example, the same four-star hotel in Antalya is all-inclusive, all you can eat and drink alcohol. There is a swimming pool, a beautiful sea in front of the hotel, a shuttle bus, and free sunbeds and parasols right in front of the sea. And yet it's very cheap, 1200 TL per night. The rooms are clean in the first year of renovation and they clean them every day... The attitude of the employees was meticulous and I could feel the company's efforts.
There are many good hotels like this in Turkey if you look for them, so there is no point in paying a lot of money to stay in this hotel.
I will not go back to this hotel, where I did not feel any effort at all.

They took money from my private credit card two days before I left a room even though when I arrived I said that I have to pay with my business vard and I told them and wrote in booking.com that I need invoice for my company. When I saw that they give me.stupid explanation that they will punish their employee - but still I have a problem for me and for my company. Crew don't know English enough well to work on hotel with 4 stars.

Hotel is refusing to recompensate the Deposit paid and Booking.com charged me for 1 night due to the cancellation policy. Understandable. Hotel is refusing to cooperate , and return the money.
Hotel staff say they understand english when in reality noone understands english. Have been asking for a refund on the booking for 1 month always with the same '' send us an email '' and then no replies. Was once promised the refund in a week but nothing.
Booking.com fulfilled my claim and got my refund eventually through them

I didn't like it at all, it was the worst hotel experience of my life. The location wasn't bad and the breakfast wasn't bad either but it was overshadowed by everything else wrong with the hotel.
Everything, it's the worst hotel I've ever been to. The hotel welcome is null. The staff is not friendly, on the contrary they are rude, they don't greet you, they don't welcome you, they only talked to my husband, they ignored me because I was a woman (we are in 2022).
They charged us in advance, when the reservation clearly stated that it was paid at the hotel, the room they gave us smelled strongly of rotten eggs, they reluctantly changed us to another room that smelled worse, the third room they changed us to smelled like cigarettes but you drowned in the smell and to top it off the shower did not work, they changed us to a fourth room and it smelled like rotten swerves in the bathroom. In other words, a disaster, I would never go back. The staff does not speak English, no one! they were not even able to book us a transfer to the airport! They are unfit for the job. A disaster. I do not recommend it, I feel ripped off.

After being moved to a room resembling the one I had initially booked, it was a comfortable stay. Very quiet, couldn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms or from the busy road outside, so soundproofing was good. Staff friendly, breakfast a good selection, very clean. Pets allowed without an extra charge, free parking for cars but limited spaces.
Good location, easy to get to. Didn't have a sea view from our room.
Was initially given a dull, cramped double room, no carpeting, on 1st floor room that looked nothing like the photos of the room I'd booked. I complained that it smelled of cigarette smoke, told it was not a smoking room even though there was an ashtray and matches on the table, despite the room description I booked said it was non-smoking. I was then moved to a room on the second floor which was very spacious, bright and carpeted - exactly as the photo on booking.com. Didn't smell of smoke but it did have an ashtray and matches on the table as well. Much happier with the change of room but disappointed that I had to make a complaint to get the room that I'd booked in the first place.
