Bel accueil de notre hôtesse qui a été de très bon conseil pour nos randonnées et les restaurants à fréquenter puisqu'il n'y a pas de restauration hors saison d'hiver au Carlina. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner avec fromage, charcuterie savoyarde entre autre. Hôtel très calme. Espace piscine(accès compris) et Spa (15 euros pour la journée) petit sauna, hammam, tisanerie, bain à bulle. Attention hors saison l'espace était peu fréquenté ce qui n'est peut être pas le cas en hiver.
L'Espace piscine pourrait se satisfaire de qq degrés de moins et l'eau de qq degrés de plus mais nous en avons bien profité
Petites chambres à l'arrière sans balcon et sans vue (mais on le savait et nous ça ne nous dérangeais pas mais il faut le savoir)

Everything was good and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The spa and pool are great, The buffet breakfast was good.
The rooms are on the small side but normal for ski resort hotels, and there is a lack of storage space for two. There are two single duvets (rather than a double one) which we both found very annoying - we both woke up quite a bit. The shower (only) in the bathroom soaked the floor no matter where we pointed it and what flow was selected, which was annoying.

The hotel staff were friendly enough and the location was close to the town.
The transfer error caused by the hotel staff for our departure (which was paid for ) and the fact that no responsibility was accepted highlighted a complete lack of customer consideration. The hotel owner showed no offer of an apology of offer to pay for the last minute taxi we had to pay for.
The hotel information made reference to its sauna and jacuzzi. However this was only accessible on paying an additional 15 Euros per day. The gym photo in the gallery is misleading and was a completely different tiny room wity very little equipment.

With a room at the front of the building we enjoyed lovely views across the valley. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and variety. La Clusaz is a pretty resort which has been sensitively enlarged over the last few years.

Beds were pretty short. Sadly there were also some obnoxious people playing house music and smoking weed at 3.30am on Saturday night…

Both my wife and I got sick because of breakfast.
No vegan food, no lactose free milk.
This is no 3* hotel and 300k / night!!!

The hotel restaurant was exceptional quality food and presentation.
Didn’t like having to pay €12.50 per person to use the spa facilities.

It is difficult to find the access to the parking.

The staff were very nice, the location is great. Once we'd figured out that there are stairs that lead down to the main road, it takes 5 minutes to get into town! Had a very good massage in the spa.
The beds were too low and moved around. The sound-proofing could do with some improvement, we had very loud neighbours on the floor above at 2am. The price of the room was very high for the room we were given.
