Big and comfortable room. Most personnel were ok.
Very slow WIFI. It was not enough hangs in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes.There was not special towels to put on the floor after taking shower.It was the same towels which we use to dry a face.

Superior kamers in achterliggende gebouw zijn erg rustig (geen tram of straat te horen) en ruim met groot bed en voldoende kamer ruimte. 2 flessen water per dag op de kamer die gewisseld worden indien leeg.
Ontbijt veel keuze, vaak aangevuld indien bijna op, mogelijkheid ook buiten te zitten bij het ontbijt.
Goede centrale locatie nabij restaurants, metro, tram etc.
Goede prijs voor het gebodene op deze locatie in grote stad.
Ontbijt kan erg druk zijn bij vol hotel en dan wat rommelig worden

Ein sehr sauberes und freundliches Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und haben alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der absolute Hammer! Soviel Auswahl und alles lecker.
Das ganze Personal ist zuvorkommend und herzlich.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut bestückt. Für jeden etwas dabei.
Im Frühstücksraum war wohl durch die hohe Auslastung des Hotels sehr viel Andrang - was eigentlich für das Hotel spricht.

The room is big. The lighting in the room is bright. And close to the airport.
Containers for things like shampoo are difficult to use. Even when I squeeze it, no liquid comes out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and there were several aspects that stood out to me. Firstly, the hotel's location was fantastic. Being within walking distance to the city center made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a tram stop in close proximity added even more convenience to my transportation options.
The breakfast provided by the hotel was a highlight for me. The variety and quality of the offerings made for a delightful start to each day.
The room itself was another positive aspect of my experience. It was both spacious and well-lit, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

location was great, we came to see a show at the Olympic stadium & it was just up road 4 stops on the tram which you can catch 2 mins from the hotel. The room was big, clean & comfy.

Location of the hotel, coziness of the room, excellent breakfast, helpfulness of the reception upon my arrival.
The only thing I didn't enjoy were the pillows being too soft. But that was the only downside.

Generally I've found German hotels on this price range to be kind of rundown but this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very well maintained and the room was simply amazing.
The bed was comfortable and quite big. The baby cot that we were offered was the best yet we've seen in hotels.
We only had breakfast one day there but it was on Jan 1st so it was overcrowded but even then the buffet was replenished very quickly and nothing was missing.
Lastly, there is a tram stop just by the hotel and very convenient to visit the city centre in just a few stops.

Front desk was very friendly. The lobby area was large and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. My room was larger than expected and the bed was comfortable.

Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were well laid out and clean. The breakfast was very good. I would stay there again when in Munich as the staff were second to none.

good sized and comfortable room
There was no way to inform cleaning staff that you did not want them to barge in, without opening the door and telling them- there were no do not disturb signs to hang on the handle (and I understand the cleaners are anxious to get on with their job and have no issue with them or the great job they were doing).
