The house is very well maintained, and it has a big parking lot with no additional cost (which was great as all our other stops didn't have parking in the premises).

The room was small, the bathroom which was spacious was almost its size.

Nice decor in room and throughout hotel. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was great with spacious shower, big wall mirror (great for those of us who are short-sighted as I could get right up close to it) and lovely complimentary toiletries.

Room was very small/compact on the lower ground floor with a small window, so not much natural light. Bed sheets had a few stains. Rain shower wasn't as powerful as expected and could do with more pressure. TV was small for the size of the room and had very basic functions, ie Freeview channels only and no streaming apps.

The hotel is advertised as a 5 stars hotel, but it's more like a b&b - absolutely not 5 stars, probably not even 3. The room was tiny and cold and the bed was small and uncomfortable. The reception was closed after 10:30. The hotel is overpriced, we payed less for a better hotel (Queens Hotel) the night after with a better location in Cheltenham. They should advertise it as b&b and reduce the prices to make it a good deal.

Comfortable room. Excellent service when I left something in the room, very rare these days.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean and comfy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is brilliant with only a short 10/15 minute walk into the town centre. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
