Very modern, immaculate condition, perfectly equipped.

We loved everything. If prospective guests are very sensitive to road noise etc then they should be aware this might not be ideal for them, but didn’t bother us in the slightest. The location more than made up for a little broom broom outside. Wonderful stay.

Location was excellent. Modern, lovely ornaments and decor. Had everything we needed. Good WiFi and TV. Very comfortable and we didn't even miss the dishwasher!

We have stayed in this apartment many times and it is the perfect bolt hole for visiting Cheltenham. Very central location, a 5 minute walk to the Montpellier area which we love. Very easy check in process. Great value for money. Bed very comfortable and we were grateful for the fan during an exceptionally hot weekend in June!

6 stairs were a problem if you’re disabled but once in the flat it was perfect.

Location was excellent. It is very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Also the host was able to register my car for the on street parking which was a great bonus. The house had everything you needed except a few coat hangers.

Just be aware that it is on a main street and therefore has a lot of road noise. But after 24 hours you have adapted to this and you don't really notice it.

Excellent apartment, spacious, great facilities including washing machine, well equipped kitchen, good shower, comfortable bed. Very central location. Parking permit made parking easy.

The only problem was the noise from outside. Traffic noise for much of the day and night. People passing the windows late at night and speaking loudly. Worsened by the absence of any double or secondary glazing to the windows and front door. My partner found it difficult to sleep.

Lovely apartment, great decor and very central location with off street parking or car park opposite. Good size walk in shower, soft towels and heated towel rail. Good size wardrobe and comfortable bed. Electric heaters in main rooms which provide ample warmth as and when required.

The decor was beautiful, tasteful, and everything was absolutely immaculate. Also a great central location for central Cheltenham. Parking wasn’t ideal but the host very kindly allocated me a virtual permit.

I’m afraid I had to lower the rating due to a few things. 1. I could not get the television to work (although not a massive problem - instructions would have been helpful) 2. The front wooden door is draughty and the noise from the road is EXTREMELY noisy. 3. The living room window didn’t appear to be double glazed. I honestly felt like I was sat on the runway of Heathrow airport due to the noise from the road so the television would have helped to drown out the noise. As a result, for the majority of my stay I remained in the bedroom (which is double glazed and was somewhat quieter) 4. Due to the upstairs apartment being occupied - the first night I was awoken numerous times by someone upstairs walking around thudding, I could literally hear everything even to the point where a wardrobe was opened and drawers were pulled out. This is extremely disruptive especially at 2/3am. I am, however, aware that this is beyond your control but it is worth mentioning to whoever is staying above. I actually went to boots the following day to buy some earplugs and I slept somewhat better the second night but the thudding continued. So unfortunately, for these reasons I would not return unless there was double glazing and a new front door on the property. It was honestly the noisiest apartment I have ever stayed in.

Very central location, lots of street parking options or main car park opposite. Only a short walk to the central promenade. Very comfortable, everything you need for a weekend break. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable bed. Large walk in shower. Lovely and warm when we arrived, thank you!!! We have stayed here several times, it's like a second home to us!!!. Ideal for first time visitors to Cheltenham or returning regulars just seeking a relaxing break!

The apartment is well equipped for a relaxing stay.

The street parking can be difficult at times. Have to circle round a few times to find a vacant lot.

it was just as shown in the photos. The flat was lovely and had everything you neede.

The water pressure in the shower was not great and it also needed secondary double glazing as the road was very noisy.
