Breakfast only medium quality. The taste of the most food was not up to our expectations. The presentation of the food could be better. Yoghurt and Smoothies did not taste good. The mango yoghurt was terrible, there was no mango taste at all. Sorry but this is the truth.

Very good location, close to the city center, central train station and new opera building. Central train station has a perfect train connection to airport. The breakfast is just perfect. Nice interiors. Friendly stuff.

Great central location, comfortable rooms, cleans, amazing breakfasts, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure.

The noise of the street outside late onto the night was bad but the girl provided ear plugs which was thoughtful. I’d request a room on the rear face of the hotel next time.

The cleanliness and size of the room

Good location, near central railway station; the hotel was able to accommodate my request for early check in, the staff was kind to pack me a breakfast to go (I checked out early in the morning). Comfortable soft bed. Electric kettle, safe box.

Sink was too small, causing water spillage on the floor. My room was facing inner yard, however there was slight noise (water or heating or some other equipment), a bit annoying (but there were air buds in the room :))

Good location in the / near to city centre. Very tasty and large selection breakfast.

On the description there was "parking", which was not specified what kind of parking it was. After reservation it came up the parking was public, not on the street the hotel situated on, not on the next street, but in the parking house around the corner. Was a bit misleading this description. Hotel itself was like a maze - interesting though but won´t suggest to someone with hip-pain or big baggage. Double room fitted the double bed and superb orange armchair. But not actual space to move.

I asked for a quiet room in the back and it was a lovely room with private views. The bathroom has underfloor heating which I find so nice. The cleaning staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing and the staff there are also very kind and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.

I would've liked a window in the bathroom but in hindsight the window in the main room was sufficient.

Breakfast was out of this world! So many options and great quality. Included lactose free and gluten free options.

Rooms were a little warm for our liking, but the windows opened a little to get a breeze.

breakfast was fantastic, best I’ve seen in a while. location for our needs was good (going to Sentrum Scene) and lively night life in local area. friendly staff and very clean hotel.

the room we had was at the roof so it was like a slice was taken out of our room, and low ceiling on one side. parking was a multi story next to the hotel and no discount or charger.
