The basin was leaking and eventually the bathroom floor got wet and unusable. Maintenance guys did come to check though but we had to check out early so we didn't reach a conclusion of the issue. We had to ask for room slippers and a hand towel. Mini fridge in the room was not working. I have stayed here before and the hotel is not what it used to be a few years ago.

Ac was not working properly they didn’t fix it even after complaining. had to sleep with sweat. I stayed in this hotel frequently. this time stay is not a good experience at all. I will have to see other hotel next time

the WIFI of this Hotel doesn't work and they are not even bother to fix it, their staff openly accept that they have problem with WIFI and don't wanna do anything about it

Breakfast is ok.

Room service can be better. I have ordered dinner through roomservice but they delivered wrong and after call also they didnot replace order.

I had checkout at 7am in the morning and inspite of informing the reception and bell desk the previous night, there was no bellhop to collect my luggage from room to the car and the receptionist flatly stated that they had no one for the luggage. Also since I was traveling with family to a wedding, we had 5-6pcs of luggage which I was left dragging my luggage to the car. There were people hanging around the door to ask for tip for sure. Pathetic service and experience.
