The Privilege room was big enough. Nice stay for Families.

Now a days services in this property is worst No room clean bathroom not hygeinic no toiletries provided even towels provided used only No wifi provided breakfast not good restaurant staff not customer friendly Overall every facility is worst Room locks are horrible linen not changed everyday in my 4day stay they never changed linens Bathrooms give dirty smell every time

Property need to improve services in all sectors Restsrant food items rates are exorbitant Tea or coffee @145.00 per cup bottled drinking water 1ltr charging rs 60.00 one veg curry plate cost rs. 375.00 One tandoori roti costs rs. 80 per pc So food items prices are very very exorbitant

Room size and food was good

Staff very bad didn't respond I have to go all the way from4th floor get resolved ,rooms are smelling bad over OK but not excellent

The staff is very friendly, polite and response is very prompt.

A few items like bathroom slippers and door mats outside bathrooms could have been provided but I don’t know whether these included in package tariff.
