The location of the room next to the loading bay. We travelled for anniversary and the hotel did nothing neither recognized us even though they wrote us that they are more than happy to provide a decoration. Pool service is a disaster waiter seems not to understand and we had to collect our beer ourselves since the service was soo slow. The waiter presented us the bill before we even received the food. Breakfast is a total disaster never had such a bad breakfast in terms of variety and quality in any country. The German chef seems to care more about making sure the pictures on the wall are hanging straight rather than offering a good quality breakfast. Upon check out I shared my feedback and received a simple apology with a bubble bath take away, really not appropriate at all this gesture. Would not recommend this hotel at all and never stay again, complete waist of time.

Clean room

• Horrible food taste, service and hygiene and selection and limited of food catering and availability of restaurants. • Remote location and far from everything • AC is a disaster, they shut off the AC at 10 pm every night and let the fan running just to fool everyone in order to save some “energy“, when you complain about the issue they come around quick and say fixed, seems like very controlled, then the next day is back again with the BS and you have to complain again with that BS… • horrible taste of food and unfriendly not hygienic staff • Over priced for nothing to be honest, i would rather spend less in far better locations and more variety of food quality

Huge property, the villa's are lovely.

The pool placement could have been less in the corner being behind the trees made the pool dirty and we didnt end up using it at all. The service was extremely bad at the restaurants. Huge language barrier with most of the staff.

We got an upgrade to a pool villa with garden view. It's very nice and spacious, a good substitution for sub standard maintenance of overall facilities.Staff could be more helpful.

Hotel facilities arent well maintained. The beach and pool areas are just ok. Not impressed.

Excellent wifi ! Over 200 mints

(Our ocean view didn’t exist except for maybe 5 degrees) The accommodation is not a villa by any description, it’s not even a suite as it doesn’t have a separate living area. At best it could be described as a large ground floor room with private pool. There is a large wardrobe area, useless for anything else…. a large ‘writing’ area, no mirror ! ) a toilet & shower area with a combined size of a bathroom. But no living room, oh and also no kitchen! The room faces north …. not a great idea for a room in the northern hemisphere as you don’t get much sun ! We also had many ‘maintenance’ / poor management issues with the room …. Missing pool tiles (these lead to a personal injury)… jacuzzi that didn’t work… filthy pool lounger covers & a loose dangerous safety rail. Complaints to management by both booking.com messenger & email went unanswered. On our second evening return to the room, we were greeted by two maids sitting on the floor who arranged to move us to the room next door! Laundry can be arranged at a laundry across the road for the same money per kg as the hotel charges per item. A further think to consider is that the hotel is very isolated and you will need to use a Grab or taxi to get anywhere of interest …. There are a couple of restaurants, a bar, pharmacy, laundry, massage parlours & obligatory cannabis bar across the road. Out of control of the hotel , is a very load engine sound from a nearby facility that appears to run 24 hours a day

Имеются отливы - смотрите заранее свои даты- но в целом утром или вечером можно поплавать Вода в море намного мутная Рядом в гостиницей не так много выбора супермаркетов, ресторанов, кафе и фруктов - до центра Панвы 1.5 км в гору (трансфера бесплатного вечером туда нет)

Tres bel établissement très propre La plage n’est pas incroyable marée très basse et il faut toujours prendre le taxi pour se déplacer mais le confort de l’hôtel est top et les petits déjeuners incroyable

Undertrained staff. Very long check-in process (we arrived at 14:40 for check-in and our room was only ready at 16:00 with no apologies from the staff, even though the official check-in time is 15:00.

Katastrofal

Rummen var dåliga, de tog betalt från mitt kort innan jag kom fram och sen begärde de ytterligare 15.000 bath i skatt. Dålig roomservice och de vill ta 10.000 bath extra för att man har ’rökt’ i rummet. Utöver det är typ alla restauranger stängda och baren stänger redan klockan 23.00!

staff was very helpful and went out of their way - our car's battery died and the doorman phoned his brother to come to the hotel and start it - The room was very large and spartan the breakfast buffet gets very high marks.

It was OK. The best offering was eggs cooked to taste. The juices cart was excellent. The staff were terrific.

Not a lot of daily options. For Gluten free there were minimal options. Most items looked better than they taste…coffee poor, etc Pool bar was great.
