The views from the pool and the close distance to the beach were amazing!

Plunge pool water is a little yellowish but once we told the staff, they would change it on the next day as they claimed they just filled in the pool on the check in day.

The place is in a really quiet spot away from the touristy places but there is plenty of local run restaurants, a couple of bars, massage places and a family mart. If you’re looking for a crazy nightlife, this is not the place for you. The beach is beautiful and the pool area is perfect for likes. The room was spotlessly clean and large enough for a family of 4. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The taxi guy who they arranged to take us to the the pier was lovely and told us loads of things about the island.

These are just small things and did no way impact on our stay or would prevent us from returning. The extra bed was not given an extra sheet or blanket. The room is feeling a little dated and could do with the an upgrade but then I suppose the price would have been higher.

Great place with stunning view, private pool and a big pool on the beach. Perfect place to relax.

The place was really clean and staff was helpful. We booked for 3 days with the private pool wich was really nice. It has some amazing views from the balcony. Really enjoy a nice relaxing 3 days

Enjoyed the pool and the view.

In the first day of my stay I found difference hair colour in my bed. Absolutely it wasn't mine. I asked the guy in the reception if they could changed my bedding. Since, it was in the evening, there was no one to do it. Finally, I changed the bedding by myself. There was no duvet, they change in to a small blanket. The guy in the reception said he failed to proceed all my master cards payment. So I need to paid in cash directly, otherwise could not check in. But those cards worked well during my two weeks trip.

The view was fantastic, nice pool ,room was cleaned well ,sea beach was not far ,this part of island more quiet and less crowded ,it's change not far from the place ,super market, restaurants.

Because we didn't ordered additional bed we couldn't receive extra blanket and it left bad feel , instead 4 breakfast received 2 after i asked where added 2 additional, on the second day they began some construction and renovation works at the main entrance that we were not noticed its planned ,the room is big and it difficult to cool it (there was some switch that powered off air conditioning when window door was opened .

Awesome ocean view from veranda. Quiet small property with helpful staff. Equipped with full kitchen, can cook fresh seafood from local market(Drive only 5 min). You can find Family mart (grocery store)Just only 500m from hotel. Beer, Wine, and basic ingredients for cooking can be bought there. Simply satisfied.

Nothing. But not selling drinks or meals except breakfast. so, don’t forget to prepare by own.

The location is great. Wonderful seaview and the balcony with swimpool.

A lot of stairs. The hotel needs renovation. The pool was only cleaned upon request and not every three days as stated by the hotel. Shared washing machine is very dirty and not suitable for children clothes at all.

Big bright spacious rooms and nice large patio, staff were exceptional.

was advertised as a non smoking complex but smoking was apparently allowed on the patios, the smoke would drift in from adjoining patio which took away from our enjoyment of our patio and the ability to open our patio doors.

If crowded, parking is quite small. You might have to park in the street.

Good location. cheaper compare to those nearby. Spacious room.

Some facilities/amenities are old/broken. some insects in room.

The view was extraordinary and the stuff was more than willing to help us out.

The location does not have any decent restaurant and going to phuket city and coming here on each day via taxi is a bit inconvenient.

Everything was super nice! Amazing staff and great villa with balcony and pool. Panwa is a very quiet area, but you have everything you need around you.
