Cleanliness, service, facilities, views are top notch. The best, one can expect for the money one pays. They even arranged for authentic massages to be done at the comfort of your room. Food was tasty too.

As the location is remote, access to the out side world is limited. Activities inside the facilities are also limited. Road to the rooms from the reception are steep and far and the commuting is through a van. But this is arranged quickly over a call. walking around the property is not easy. Food to be ordered before 8:00 pm.

the room was stunning - lovely pool and the view was amazing. staff were all lovely and so kind, all our needs were taken care of. the restaurant shut at 8 but we were able to order food panda and the staff even offered to bring it to our room for us!

the villa was exceptional , Que view was breathtaking, the receptionist Wam and the girls where so very kind and sweet. wam always help us with everything that we need . she also make sure that we feel safe when we hang out at night. she responded my text in less than a minute. this place was the highlight for d my trip in puket ❤️

The staff were friendly and helpful! The villa is amazing! The view was great and I enjoyed watching the monkeys in the trees!

Insects, lizards, spiders, cockroaches you name it! All inside the villa which spooked me. Although the staff are attentive and come immediately to kill the insects some of them hide and they cant do anything about it. You should accept the fact that they are living with you in the villa😂 i couldn’t sleep well due to my fear of lizards and spiders. Another thing I noticed is that they don’t change your bedsheet, I stayed for 4 days and they didn’t change it not once! The breakfast is repetitive they should give you more options! The location is not that great! The pool water was so cold I didn’t enjoy the pool because of the cloudy weather!

gorgeous presentation of the rooms. a lot of details went into the display like the flower bath that was already ful. the outside shower was so nice to use everything was lovely and clean. They took us to our villa and helped us with our bags. we got a welcome drink and towel. we were told where everything was. the pool was divine. extras included like beach bag, lots of spare towels, slippers robes. the music was a nice addition. the smart tv was great. the staff were definitely one of the best parts of the stay, so helpful . Absolutely incredible people.

the view could have been better. but it was nice. had to pay for minibar. had to pay for shuttle to places close by. didn’t offer any vegan options or try to provide apart from what was available .

love love loved the privacy of the villa especially as a hijabi who doesnt ever get to enjoy these facilities in peace. this is phukets best kept secret. the place was pristine clean and the staff sooo welcoming we still dream of returning because of it. the best hospitality and nothing was too much and the kindest staff. great wifi everywhere too and the view is amazing. cant believe how much square metre you get for your money too and so many facilities including beach towels and sun hats… the place was huge and we loved it

Absolutely everything. I chose this hotel to spend my birthday, when I arrived, the room I booked wasn't available, so they upgraded us to one with sea view. We had the best time there, if you are looking for a secluded place to relax, this is the place!

Restaurant unfortunately closed too early, but we were able to order through Food Panda, and they delivered there. Grab app did not have many restaurants with menu in English in the region.

I loved the staff, always so friendly and helpful. Well, I guess I loved everything about the place. The villa was beautifully secluded, we had two spa days in our very own villa. Love, love, love.

My husband didn’t like that we couldn’t walk the steep hills, but I didn’t see that to be a problem!

We had the 2 bedroom villa, the main bedroom was never cool and sleep was a struggle for people who struggle in heat. Hotel has amazing feel is absolutely stunning but is far away from everything the taxi service cost $50aud to where ever you are going and back If its a tour around the area then its $80aud so thats where all our money went, and the food usually arrived cold which was annoying Price wise i would not go back due to the pricing.
